Best Sewer Cleaning in Milwaukee WI

They were recommended to me by my contractor friends in milwaukee, had them out for a couple of jobs, great work, great folks!

Rick completed the plumbing on a kitchen remodel for us. Work was well thought out and executed perfectly. Craftsmanship was really good and the cost was competitive

The worst plumber out there--complete waste of time!

Highly recommend!! Knowledgeable and friendly. Quoted one price and realized could be fixed easier and cheaper and passed the savings to us. HONEST!

Tim's installed a toilet for my mother. The install was done poorly. Plumbers putty was used in place of the required wax ring. The toilet leaked making a mess of the basement and the bathroom floor. When she called Tim's they said they would get to it when they could. My 89 year old mother was going downstairs to the basement bathroom for days. When I found out about this I picked up the proper materials and installed the toilet properly. Tim's never did show up.

The team at Milestone is everything you can ask for and more. Professional, they answer the phone, show up on time for appointments, and are very clear about the service(s) they're performing. I've had them out to my house for a few different jobs. Most recently hooking up a new dishwasher. The plumbing had to be updated to meet code and then the technicians plumbed for a new dishwasher which was not pre-existing. It looks like it's original to my house. Due to my great experiences I won't call anyone else to work on my home. As someone who is super particular I'd recommend Milestone Plumbing to anyone.

Was at my house within an hour of my call. Quickly identified and fixed the problem and explained it to us for future reference. Charged about $200. I was satisfied.

I had to call HSA for a shut off valve replacement and Carl's is the place they are using. While I was waiting to hear from them to set up the appointment I decided to just call directly to Carl's since I was already home from work. I set up the appointment, the receptionist was cool and I was good to go however I started reading the reviews here and panicked. They came out a few hours later and said my warranty should cover it but that they wouldn't call HSA right away for authorization because the wait time was so long they would wait till later. Having read these reviews I of course went into super panic mode and called HSA who offered to put me directly to the work authorization line. Carl's was legit in the wait time- after ONE HOUR AND THIRTY minutes on hold with HSA, I finally got an agent who called the service tech and they did what they needed to do and work was authorized. I was told to hang tight and Carl's would set up an appointment. I didn't hear from them yesterday and then didn't hear anything right away this morning so again I was stressed out due to these reviews so I just went to Carl's website and sent an email asking if they could please call me to set up an appointment. They called like 10 minutes later and were out here in two hours. The work took an hour (I was so worried it was going to turn into a huge ordeal) and boom- we are done. Crisis averted. I am happy with the service, Chris the technician was cool. He came in, got the job done, and I feel 100 percent better.

I don't normally write reviews but I was really concerned after reading so many bad reviews on here... the problem seems to maybe be the communication between HSA and Carl's. I can totally understand why they wouldn't want to sit on hold for that long when they could be out taking service calls. I don't mind having to be persistent, it's my house and I wanted to make sure this wasn't going to be a huge problem ... I also made sure to be pleasant with them. Sometimes just being cool with people gets things done a lot faster.

I tried to use him. Made multiple appointments- no show every time. Been a week with a clogged drain for a renter. I need to call someone else.

Cost too much had a helper they didn't need. Cross threaded bathroom faucet. The plumber wasn't very knowledgeable

Very disappointing experience - had them use a camera to record our sewer lateral, only to find they couldn't fit us in, didn't reply to multiple messages and the video didn't have footage which left it useless for trying to work with the city on their damage to our line. We had to pay for 45 min of travel time (despite the fact it is 15 min away from our house). Over $600 wasted.

20 minutes late with no call or text. Charged $270 for about 20 minutes or running a snake into a drain. Never again.

Bridgette was very rude to me on the phone. And I was told I could not speak to the owner Jeff. A gentleman who has been there 30yrs try to snake through my toilet and was unsuccessful. He said if I got the main sewer lateral open he can come and snake it out no problem. So I got the main clean out cap off and called to have them come back. Bridgette told me call someone else. Even though I tried to explain the issue to her. She continued cut me off and said if i send someone you will pay 500 hundred dollars if we damage our equipment. Unbelievable. I told her what the gentleman told me and she wouldnt even verify with him. I was shocked because I did not expect to be treatwd that way as a customer. They must not care if people will use them again or recommend them to others.
