The worst plumber out there--complete waste of time!

When I realized I needed their services, I called and they just so happen to be in the area. Fast response and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Highly recommend them. Great prices as well. Don’t pay others fees that will flush your wallet down the drain. Call these guys.

Wasted $175 and time. When I called Rick I advised I had 3 drains that needed to be checked/cleaned if needed. He came out a little late, said he doesn't do drains and he doesn't like to do them, and told my husband that I said I needed the main line cleaned. I would not even know that terminology... I only knew we needed our slow drains taken care of. He was there 20 minutes of that and I had to call Roto-Rooter to do the actual job. If you are going to call this guy.. make sure you clarify what needs to be done. For us this was a waste of money and a waste of time. We did get a quote from Roto-Rooter before we hired Rick, but in the end, we should have gone with Roto-Rooter because they can handle it all. Lesson learned, cheaper and small business guy isn't always the best choice in this instance.
