I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

Rainforest Plumbing has come to my residence twice now to help with plumbing issues. My first was a few years ago when a pipe burst in my house's concrete slab. They came and found the leak and suggested to install pex to run the new line. They were on time, professional, and had everything setup and situated. A few years later, I had a new issue with my kitchen and didn't want to go at it myself, and Rainforest was the first I thought of. They came the very next day on time, explained everything that happened and what they did, and next steps. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and were professional all the way through. I highly recommend them.

Todd M came out to check out my very old ac unit that is still kicking. Thorough and efficient, and was actually much earlier than expected (they called ahead to make sure that was okay). Showed me everything that could eventually cause problems, but also explained everything is running efficiently. Went over all the options but no sales pressure at all, good explanations of items that could be replaced but also that they aren't at a place where they will cause damage to the unit. Friendly, efficient, thorough service. Definitely recommend Duke's! Will be using them for any properties I have!

State 48 is the BEST! They're quick to respond and schedule, and they're always up front and honest about the cost and value of their recommendations. They've been my go-to for the last 6 months for multiple plumbing issues, and I don't think I'll ever use another plumber!!!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Every time I call Plumbing & A/C Medic, I get phenomenal service. From the person who answers the phone to the tech that comes to do the service. The techs are always polite and easy to get along with. They do a good job on everything. Telling me truthfully what needs to be done and what does not.There is never any up sell pressure. I highly recommend this company.

We had our granite cut for a new sink and needed to have our RO, garbage disposal and sink installed. The owner came out and did a great job!! While he was at our home he replaced several valves as well. Not only was he timely and efficient, he was very informative and knowledgeable. When he was done he charged us an extremely affordable rate and was gone.

I've known Jay for a very long time and I've always been able to rely on his services. He's honest, dependable, and does a great job. He's not only helped me in random situations but he's also helped many friends and family who I've referred him to. I've yet to have anyone say he or she were dis-satisfied with his services; everyone loves him and the great job he does!
Recently, I had the pleasure of using Jay's 24 hour service. I came home at 12:30 am on a Sunday to a leaking hot water heater! I called Jay and he immediately came over to evaluate and he suggested we shut the water off to the heater to be safe (pretty much so my garage, tools and car weren't going to get flooded). The very next day he was over to install a new (and beautiful) hot water heater. He even included little insulators for the pipes to the walls!
I've always been so pleased with his services so much so that I've scheduled him to come back in a few weeks to do a check-up on my AC unit to make sure it's good for the winter, replace my garbage disposal, replace the fixtures in the bathrooms, and re-pipe the fire pit! It's nice to have someone you can trust who is honest and reliable, even at all hours of the day (or. in some cases, night).
