Rainforest Plumbing has come to my residence twice now to help with plumbing issues. My first was a few years ago when a pipe burst in my house's concrete slab. They came and found the leak and suggested to install pex to run the new line. They were on time, professional, and had everything setup and situated. A few years later, I had a new issue with my kitchen and didn't want to go at it myself, and Rainforest was the first I thought of. They came the very next day on time, explained everything that happened and what they did, and next steps. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and were professional all the way through. I highly recommend them.

My entire experience was top-notch. I never felt pressured, and Brian sought ways to save me money. We had them install 2 new toilets after years of frustration with the hard water deposits, causing so many issues. I will definitely call them again if ever needed. Highly recommend!

We noticed our water heater was leaking and no hot water in house Wed. evening. I call Parker and Sons Thurs. morning and had a new water heater operational by lunch time. We also had a circulator installed so that hot water will quickly arrive at all faucets; this will save on water usage by not waiting for hot water to arrive. The installers were friendly and informative and discussed with us all options available without pushing a sales pitch. I am very happy with our results and highly recommend Parker and Sons.

Chris was very thorough and explained all he was doing. He made suggestions and helped with our long term plan. He was clean and covered his shoes while in the house. Very good company !!This time we had Caleb and he was wonderful. He is so professional and thorough. I feel like it's a great company. Will use them for years to come!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Had a leak in the house and Cactus Pluming and Air came right away and detected the leak and got the problem fixed in no time!

This is the second time I’ve used Sam at neighborhood plumbing & Air. Both times he blew us away with the quality of his work, how quick he shows up and how fantastic his price is. Seriously no exaggeration. This time he fixed a drain pipe that had been fix by another plumber before. He figured out what was causing the problem vs just slapping different pipe in there. He also changed out a hose bib while he was here. He was done before I even knew it. Sam is amazing call him now
