Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

These people are awesome! They come when they are scheduled, send a picture of the tech, they are kind and efficient. I always use them. I cannot say enough good things about them

Alayna was awesome. Friendly and polite, took time to explain things. Replaced hose bib on a pipe that splayed while trying to remove the compression fitting that was previously installed. Pleased with her choice to sweat on a new connection so we don't have to deal with the compression fittings again.

We've had wonderful service from Dukes of Air. Our tech Tom came today as part of our service package for general maintenance. He called before he arrived, arrived when he said he would. He was prompt, polite and thorough. He even offered to change my filters for me if I had any on hand. Thanks Tom!

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Had to come back but return was done under warranty, fixed my plumbing problems, the helper were very polite and professional

The quality of work was great.. and the worker that came to the home was very nice and respectful, and most of all very honest with us when we asked a lot of question.

The lady over the phone was a little rude at first , but once I explained what was going on her attitude changed and she was ok ...[ Just missed communication]

Absolutely horrible customer service. Set an appointment and I left work early to meet them only to have them No-show! I called to find out what happened and was told by the scheduler she would find out and call me right back....no call back. When I called the next day she told me, sorry about that I fell asleep. The next available appt wasn't for another 8 days because my situation wasn't an emergency, and I couldn't take another day off of work to accommodate them. I am disgusted and would never recommend this company.

Kevin was nice and professional he explained everything he was going to do and spoke Spanish as well to my mom which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this company or use it again if need be.

Outstanding service is very hard to come by these days, especially in Az. I am from Michigan/Ohio area where good service is king. Sam not only did a great job, he was a pleasure talking with and meeting.
I am glad to now have a reliable contact. We had water softener & ro systems removed and installed.
