Just had Roy from BSJ come by and install a new dishwasher and remove the old one. Quick, competent and friendly, couldn't ask for anything more.

Greg was very pleasant, helpful abd knowledgable. He was very quick to respond to our problem and had it repaired very quickly.

Justin came out within two days to look at my water softener system. He was very honest and trustworthy. He had to order a new system so had to wait a week longer for that but he agreed to come late in the afternoon to allow for my work schedule. He was friendly, reliable, and he knows his systems! I am very pleased with the service and the technician!

For a week and a half we didn't have use of our toilets or running water due to a main line clog. One unnamed plumbing company was out three times to clean the line but didn't go all the way to the street with the cable and, because they didn't have a camera, couldn't ID that we had a foreign object in the line. We called Superstition in desperation. Jared came out within a couple of hours, located the object with his camera, and pushed it out of our line in a matter of minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We highly recommend Superstition and will use their services whenever we have a plumbing need.

We scheduled our semi annual tune up and Tom was very thorough explaining to us why we were getting so hot and no air flow in our bedroom. Thank you for the great unit a few years back and the consistent, professional work ethic. We love Duke’s!

Called this morning and they refused to service my home because they said they don't do mobile homes which doesn't make sense because my manufactured home is in a high-end gated community, is inset and comes with external plumbing and access just like a sticks and bricks home. The guy who answered the phone said his boss would call me which he never did. Unprofessional and pretty dumb on their part to pass up an easy job. Obviously, they don't know what they are talking about if they pass up things this easy.

Our go-to company now for Plumbing. We will be back for water softening and other services they provide asap!

We have used Bill and Mike Plumbers for the last 4 years. They have always done good work, always on time. Very nice plumbing technicians and office staff. They have completed many jobs for us... new toilets, water heater. We have been very happy with the quality of work that they have done for us.

When you call for service ask for Junior he's very honest and does quality work. I would definitely recommend this company for you plumbing issues.
