Tammy who answers the phones was very professional everytime I spoke with her. And Roy deserves a raise, lol! Even though I did not need plumbing service, he was so knowledgeable on why I have leaking shower problems. And it wasn't even the pipes! I will definitely give you my business next time! This was several years earlier before the 3/23/22 appt.

UPDATE: 3/23/22 I was going to change to a 4 stars because of schedule mix up. But because Don the plumber made good on it on a late Friday afternoon, I will keep it at 5 stars due to Don. The owner told me he would give Don the option if he still wanted to do it that late on a Friday. Thank you Don for not making me have to reschedule. They were supposed to be there by 3pm. I called to confirm ETA, got voicemail. Owner called 1/2 hour later and said he didn't see me on the schedule, then found me at 4:30AM, huh? So Don who is great and did my bid and another guy came. By that time it was about 4:30pm and it was at least a 3 hr job. But with 2 guys it would quicker. Jared (I think that was his name) did the kitchen sink and left, then Don finished up in the bathroom. Had new kitchen faucet, some turn water turn off/on handles replaced, showerhead, toilet wax ring & flange and bidet installed. I was talking to Don about the mix up and he said he saw me on his schedule that day, but then said it was gone, so he just assumed my parts hadn't come and I cancelled. So curious how my appt got to 4:30am when Don actually saw it on his schedule? Don mostly & Jared are why I didn't change it to a 4. Thanks guys, great job.

For a week and a half we didn't have use of our toilets or running water due to a main line clog. One unnamed plumbing company was out three times to clean the line but didn't go all the way to the street with the cable and, because they didn't have a camera, couldn't ID that we had a foreign object in the line. We called Superstition in desperation. Jared came out within a couple of hours, located the object with his camera, and pushed it out of our line in a matter of minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We highly recommend Superstition and will use their services whenever we have a plumbing need.

If you are looking for an honestly plumbing company give Superstition Plumbing a try! I got several quotes throughout the Valley and they got the job done the quickest and at the most affordable price.

Today while having our new baseboards installed, we noticed drywall damage in our family room due to a water leak. There was also damage in the laundry room next to the washer. We called Superstition Plumbing and Jared came out within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem as a cracked washer drain box which was incorrectly installed by our builder - Maracay. Jared did a great job repairing it - see photo - and we were very impressed. We highly recommend these guys!

What a great company. They are proactive and very competent. I highly recommend SP. They did a heck of a job removing a root from under our front room. And recently, helping identify and repair a bathroom faucet. They are on time and professional.

My hot water heater sprung a leak and caused a bunch of damage to my garage and kitchen. Superstition Plumbing was recommended to me by a contractor so I called them up. They arrived quickly and gave me a quote to replace my busted unit, install the new heater remotely so the contractors could access the damaged area of the garage, move the new heater in to position once the contractors were done, install a pan under the new unit and drain it to the outside and, remove and dispose of the old unit. He even brought a new compatible heater with him and got started as soon as I agreed to the price.

And, while I thought the price sounded a little high at first, I have to say, with the amount of work involved, and the quality of the work performed, it turned out to be quite a bargain.

They took care of everything and all of the work was completed in a very professional and timely manner.

I will definitely use them again when needed and I’d highly recommend them to my friends and family without any hesitation.

I used them for a couple of projects and I was very pleased with them, so I called them to come out and give us an estimate to install water softner. They rescheduled me twice and then the day they were suppose to come, didn't show up and no phone call. I then called again to give them another chance and left a message, but never got a call back. Very disappointed.

I was amazed at the professioalism of this company. I found them on google and read the reviews, then called and they sent a plumber asap. Did the job on Monday (new water heater). There will not be any other plumbing company I would use. Thank you you guys are awesome.

How can I ever call anyone else! I felt a little guilty not having to pay more! The problem was diagnosed and a price given. After starting the job, Roy, realized the parts were from a different manufacturer than he thought. After spending hours tracking down the parts he thought he had in stock he finally got the job done and done right. I know, that's what he's supposed to do. Right. But, he didn't have to give me a bill with no labor charges and parts at his cost because he thought his diagnosis made the job more difficult than it should have been! That saved me a couple hundred dollars! If that's an example of how this company operates then why would you use anyone else?

Our water heater sprung a leak and soaked our closet, walls and carpet.

The technician, Jared, was professional and courteous. Unlike other companies, he answered my questions, explained what he was doing and why. I didn't feel like I was being patronized, and that was nice. And the quality of work, and the cost, so much better than the others!

Jared arrived as promised and went right to work. He was very organized and efficient. He used protective booties to protect my floors, removed the old toilets and any trash from the installation process and was done in the time estimated for the quoted price. If you did not see the new toilets, you would not know he had been here. Excellent work..

We had a water leak in a wall late in the evening at a rental house we own. We called them at 7 am and by 8 am they were there to fix it. He found the leak and fixed it at a very good price and had good recommendations on how to proceed with repairs. Highly recommend and will use for sure again!

I contacted Superstition Plumbing this morning due to a leaky bathtub faucet. I requested an appointment at 4pm, when I'd be home from work. Jared was on time, professional, and quick. First time we needed a plumber since moving to AZ a year and a half ago. We had no hot water in one of our showers. Checked Google first and found Superstition Plumbing and they had excellent reviews. Gave them a call and Justin was here an hour later (they had just had a cancellation). I called Superstition Plumbing on Sunday night and much to my surprise I got an immediate call back from the owner Roy, who helped me through some initial diagnostics. This was absolutely the BEST home repair customer service I have EVER experienced! I had a BBQ gas line that ran within PVC underneath my patio slab that had corroded through and needed to be replaced. Justin came to my home on 1/20/21 to fix a slow flow of Hot Water at my kitchen sink and replace a sink lever in my Master Bath. I was so glad with result that I hired Superstition and Justin especially, to replace my 15 year old Water Softener and replace RO Filters. Quote was exactly what I was charged and he was on time and left my home spotless. I'll definitely use Superstition (and Justin) again.

In a nutshell...we had a leaking shower stall for months...had a couple of plumbers come in to take a look....general consensus of opinion was that it could cost $3,000 to $8,000 for a new shower...looked online...saw great reviews for Superstition Plumbing....called....within 3 hours Jared arrived...he sat in our shower for a couple of hours resealing it...result... $195 later the shower is now perfect....we couldn't be happier...Jared is the nicest fellow you could ever wish to meet and he does a fantastic job...Thank you Superstition Plumbing and a special thank you to Jared.

Superstition Plumbing helped me when I needed them most. Jared came out to unclog our main water line when our large Eucalyptus tree's roots had completely backed up our system. We ALWAYS use Superstition Plumbing. Their plumbers are so helpful and knowledgeable. They prevent us from wasting money by telling us what to do for maintenence and/or issues I thought needed a plumber to fix, so when they recommend a service or product I know I actually need it. Before finding Superstition we had horrible luck with plumbers who would quote one price & then give us a song and dance about why the actual cost was double. We will never use any other plumber than Superstition Plumbing, they're the best!

I had a friend recommend Superstition Plumbing to me and what a find. I have had them fix three plumbing problems in my house and I am extremely satisfied with their work. The most recent problem was a slab leak. They discussed my options and gave me the best solution. They are clean, professional, punctual, and they get the job done! Our multi-story condominium buildings are more than 30 years old and require almost constant attention. Hardly a day goes by that we don't see a Superstition truck in the parking lot. Working with seniors is not easy, but their guys relate well with everyone so we seldom see or hear of any friction.

Superstition does the near impossible. Replacing old cracked sewer plumbing in a multi-story building is very difficult and requires a special talent and lots of patience.

They do their job with style, they're super clean, quick and efficient.

My husband called about our sink leaking. They were able to come out the same day and got the work done quickly. The person that came out to fix it was great he throughly explained the issue and was very friendly. I highly reccomend them and will be using them for any of our future plumbing needs.

We had a sink fall off our bathroom wall at All Kids Urgent Care. I called Superstition Plumbing and they sent Jared here with in 20 minutes. He went and got his tools and reattached the sink to the wall right then. I can't say enough great things about Jared or the company. Outstanding service! We have used Superstition Plumbing in the past to re-lay bathroom plumbing during our remodel. The outstanding work done then included relaying plumbing lines and replacing damaged pipes. Because of our past experience, we called them because of issues with our water heater-figuring we'd have a major repair bill. Jared serviced the heater and recommended replacing the factory installed drain valve with one that had a slightly larger opening to allow calcium debris to flow out better when draining the tank. (We have drained the tank in the past but never had the great results we have with this new valve.) Jared took the time to explain everything, was meticulous in his work and the heater is noise-free!

Finding a great plumber is like finding a great mechanic: once you've found one, you never use anyone else. That's how I feel about Superstition Plumbing right now. Unfortunately, I've had plenty of experience in this department over the last couple of years and this is the company I would call first, no questions asked. They gave us a quote and held up to it. Never tried to upsell us at any time. Jared was very responsive to any questions that I had. We had a new water softener system put in. Jared came out for a free estimate which ending up costing me $180. Said I needed to replace the hot water line and said it would cost $1800 and would take 6-7 hours to do. I scheduled the work to be done. Jared and Justin showed up (late) to do the work but said it was more complicated than Jared had said initially and they would have to reschedule and that the work would be around $5500. Justin said he would call me with the exact quote and plan. He never called. After several days and calls to them, Tammy finally sent me the new estimate which was now $8750 and would not include repairing the walls they needed to damage to do the work with no plan on when they could do it or how long it would take. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Called on a Monday morning and Jared was here by 9:30. Great at explaining issues. Didn't push services not needed and in fact mentioned what to pick up at Lowe's to install and save a second service call. Second time using Superstition and would recommend them highly.

I had a hot water slab leak in my home, and received a recommendation from my neighbor for Superstition Plumbing. Don and Jerod tracked down my leaking pipe and mapped out a cost effective solution. Don and Jerod recommended to delete the leaking pipe and re-pipe a new line through the attic and into an exterior wall. It was a nice, clean, professional repair. Both Don and Jerod are highly skilled plumbers and the pricing was upfront and fair. Both men take obvious pride in their work. I can recommend Superstition Plumbing without reservation. JM.

When I called to make the appointment, the woman I spoke to was extremely nice and very helpful. On the day of the appointment, Justin from Superstition Plumbing was efficient, helpful, very friendly and solved our plumbing problem easily. He listened to our description of the problem and when he found the problem, he showed us the part that broke and explained what he would do to fix it.
