Chase arrived on time. Was very friendly. Went right to work and fixed our undersink catastrophe in a hurry. He also adjusted some pipes that were incorrectly installed! I think they Under-charged me. Will use them again, absolutely!

I called to schedule an appointment and the 1st appointment they were going to be over an hour late. Then I rescheduled and the time frame they gave me still no one showed up. They don't communicate what's going on letting you know if their running late. If they would just let you know what's going on.
Very good with the Details. Also does all the Little things that mean so much to complete the Job Professionally.

My wife had a sump pump replacement while I was out of town. Howard Family Plumbing gave an invoice with no itemized details and refuse to give written warranty information including the model number of the pump they used. The bill for one hours work was astronomical and their lack of transparency makes them a very poor choice for future repairs for our family. We are considering legal action on this company.
We have had a wonderful experience! I did my homework, saw other great reviews and contacted. Quickest response, honest, fair, professional, and nice! I highly recommend them!

Service was awesome. We have a restaurant that we just took over and the tenants before had probably never cleaned out the grease trap, and our drains were draining very slowly. They showed up ran a camera saw that the pipes had nearly completely closed off due to all the grease and then spent all morning jetting the lines and cleaning out an over full grease trap that had years of build up inside. Without question they stayed to the original quote even though it was a much bigger job than they expected and the clean up after was perfect. You would never know that they were here. For honesty and professionalism I have never used a better plumbing company.

Chase and Cooper were the best! They had to jackhammer my slab for hours just to get to work on my pipes. The back up in my pipes are gone now! Their dedication to the task was unwavering. I appreciate this getting done before Christmas. Can’t have backed up pipes when the family is over! Thank you again Chase and Cooper! Also some guy Frank came by, he stinks.

They arrived and were very professional. They estimated the job quickly and we agreed upon the price and they had the entire leak fixed within an hour and cleaned up and were done. I was very satisfied with the quality and value of their work. Great Job!!!
Cody was quick with an emergency and got our drain line unclogged. Informed me of potential problems in the future to keep an eye on. Will be calling them back when the next plumbing crisis arises.

My name is Theresa. I live in Chandler. This is a review of Cody Howard. As told to me by Cody, he is the son of the owners of Howard Family Plumbing . Cody also has a lawn service. He responded to me thru Home Advisor, where I could not find his company today nor write a review. We agreed on 2x a month @ $30 per visit. His crew came on April 18. I wrote a check for $60 to include payment for the next visit. I waited for them to come on May 12. No one showed up. I called and left a message at the family plumbing business explaining the situation and asking if they could have Cody return my call. I did not hear from him. I waited a few more days. I left a message on his cell. Still no answer. Have now called his cell twice. Still no answer. Today I filed a fraud complaint with my bank.
Chase is polite, excellent at his trade and on time !

The flange had rusted out and the bolts became loose on the toilet, which caused it to leak. I emailed them at 11pm, and they responded at 5am the next morning and had it fixed by 12pm.

Your agents are consummate professionals who excel at their work and achieve results, despite having to deal through my cheap and dishonest landlords at Invitation Homes. Hats off to these people. Top installation services as always! the best!
We were able to set up an appointment to have our kitchen drains re-built and installed for us very quickly and easily. They showed up right at the scheduled time and within 2 hours the drains were torn out, built, installed and cleaned up. Most importantly, everything is working perfectly. This is the second time we have trusted Howard Family Plumbing to take care of a large project for us that we didn't want to do or attempt to do ourselves and with their awesome service, incredible work and fair prices, we will gladly be using them again!
Cody and assistant was very knowledgeable and able to do each item on our list, (needing repair) or replaced. The Howard Family Plumbing...was tops; and YES, I would call on them again when need arises !!!!!

Called 10 times to try and support this small business and NEVER got an answer, i then left a voicemail and NEVER got a call back. Horrible service, i also left a review on their instagram and they DELETED my review! you can’t advertise that you service emergency services and never answer the phone. we had a bust in our main water line and our back yard started to flood. i saw all the good reviews and wanted to support and never got help. do better! nobody should have to call that many time and not get an answer.

From beginning to end, this was the most seamless process I can remember ever going through to get something fixed. From Sierra, who took my call to both Alex and Cody who did such a fabulous job!
They were responsive, professional, conscientious, fast, great communicators, and did not merely put a Band-Aid on the problem like so many other companies do. Not to mention, they left my garage spotless.

Excellent experience with Howard Family Plumbing. Yesterday afternoon I found my 20 year old water heater DOA. Less than 24 hrs later I have a new water heater and hot water. Wanted a pot filler installed in my kitchen. Howard Family Plumbing understood what I wanted and completed the job with no issues. Very professional and knowledgeable with anything plumbing. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.
From start to finish this company was wonderful. Cody was kind enough to come over on a Saturday to confirm we had a slab leak and also looked at a few other things going on that needed to be fixed. On Monday they were here with a locator to plan the pipe reroute, a trim replacement for the leaking bathroom, and putting proper valves on our water heater. Everything was done by 5 on Tuesday, Russell and Michael were great. Everyone was so kind and patient answering my tons of questions. They have an awesome texting system that sends you a pic of the technician as well as a link to track their progress to your house in real time. That was a really cool feature. We would use them again for any other plumbing needs.
These guys rock. Chase was absolutely amazing. They had to do a bunch of unexpected work and didn't take me to the cleaners on the project. I would definitely recommend them to everyone in the Valley.

I wanted everything replaced in the tank after my leak, so there is less chance of a future problem. I should have provided the make and model of toilet, so he didn't have to go out and get the correct part. It would probably have reduced the cost of the service. Or maybe they should have asked before coming? In any case, everything is working fine and the gentleman was nice, polite and obviously knew what he was doing. I would use them again!!!!
The experience was great all the way through. They contacted us prior to showing up, they were on time and very professional. They did great work and we are very happy . Would recommend them to anyone.

They were hired by real estate company for a house I bought to install new water softener. They installed the wrong size softener, very very sloppy work and now the owner Cody Howard won't return any of my calls for the last 2 weeks. This company is a joke, will not stand behind their work and have inexperienced people working for them. Stay away, do not call Howard Family Plumbing for anything!!
As for your response:
Funny how you can respond right away here, but you can't pick up a phone. Maybe if you would just call this can be resolved. The new unit is undersized and installed incorrectly. Not trying to bully you into anything as I have stated many times. So just be a responsible business owner and pick a the phone and make a call
