DAVID LAYNE and his team are EXCEPTIONAL!! We had a late Friday night Sewer line collapse that left water overflowing in our home. Desperate for help, I googled Area Plumbers. By the grace of God, I choose to call FAST LAYNE PLUMBING. David arrived within 2 hours to survey the problem. He arranged for Preferred Choice Restoration to mitigate the contamination shortly thereafter. David stayed until after midnight to work us into their already tight work schedule for the week. 2 days later, David was back with crew and equipment in hand, ready to solve the problem! They figured out a repair approach that saved our Courtyard and Casita from destruction. They have been here 4 full days and just finished their clean-up...pristine job. When David arrived that fateful Friday night, he said...I'll be the last Plumber you'll ever need (for this problem)...he was SO right...I'll never have to google plumbing services, again...he's definitely a keeper!!

Where do I begin? Well, like they always say, it's best to start at the beginning!

...and so I shall!

I had been looking for a plumber that was BBB certified and had an ROC #, well this company does!!

Then, David did not hesitate to give me his ROC #, and Chris came out to my home in a Fast Layne Plumbing van that had the ROC # on it.

Long story short, David sent Chris out to my home because another technician that was suppose to initially come out to my home was in an emergency situation and as per David, Chris had just freed up so he came to my home...plus ..David said that he didn't want me to have to wait and that they were both qualified technicians.

Well...Chris assessed my situation, gave me my available options, then assisted me to the best of his ability!!!

Chris, via David's approval, went way above the call of duty and helped me to the best of their ability as plumbers and not shower door guys which they are not. I knew that they weren't shower door guys but plumbers yet Chris still gave me recommendations as to what I should do next!

Fast Layne Plumbing is definitely not out there for your money but a family owned business that really cares about you...not just as a customer but as a person!

Please, run don't walk, to Fast Layne Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. I know that I will!

If I could give 10 stars I would but it would only do 5~ I had a water leak out front of my home I thought what it was the irrigation line, after ruling that out I asked on San Tan Market place for a referral since I am newer to the area. Several recommended Fast Layne Plumbing. I called Jesse came out within a day & told me it was my main water line. He took the time to explain it all to me what would need to be done. Very kind & caring and had the job done two days later. His quote was very resonable & I was very pleased with all of it. My wife and I found a heavy leak coming out of a light fixture on a Friday night. We thought the worst. We knew it would be hard to find someone last minute. However, Jesse from Fast Lane Plumbing took time out of his Friday night to come help us. He was professional and on time. Also very considerate of our kids, worried he may cause noise and wake them. Jesse was able to confirm the leak and fix most of the issue quickly. This company is amazing! I woke up to water on my kitchen floor and called and left a message for this company at 8:00am. The owner called me back within 30 min and had one of his guys at my house by 9:00am! Crazy fast!! It ended up being a really bad pipe burst/corrosion which they started fixing immediately. David responded to my initial call immediately and within 2 days he had a crew of about 6 guys working 12-14 hour days (including on a Saturday) to get our plumbing and sewer lines replaced. Fast Layne Plumbing showed up to replace my water heater on a Holiday weekend, ontime and at a cost lower than 2 other bids. Some piping modifications on the gas, water piping and venting were necissary to accommodate the tankless water heater I requested. The installation was clean and completed as quoted. My gas bills have reflected the savings from the higher efficiency of the tankless as they told me they would. I would recommend this company as they are one of the few out there that actually do what they say they are going to do. They know their trade.

Chris came out to give us a quote on a pipe repair/replacement. He was nice enough… Right off the bat he tried to sell us a $3000 water softener. We had to have some restoration work done before working on the actual plumbing issue. When he came back, he gave us a quote of $2800 for a rather simple repair! My husband almost had a heart attack. Chris asked if we were military, police etc. to offer us a discount. He told him his wife is disabled and he immediately took off $800. $800 just like that. Major red flag. Long story short, we had someone come out for a second opinion, who we chose to go with, completed the repairs timely, efficiently, properly and with great service for a grand total of $750. So basically we feel like Fast Layne tried to scam/rip us off for $2000. Absolutely horrible. I don’t believe their prices are fair or affordable as other reviews have stated.

He was friendly, gave me a quote for a toilet installation which I thought was a fair price, explained his labor warranty and just gave me a feeling that he took pride in his company and the work they do. I AM ALWAYS NOT SURE OF WHO IS WORKING IN MY HOUSE BUT THIS TURNED OUT BE A BLESSING AND DAVID WAS VERY TRUSTWORTHY! HE INSTALLED OUR SALT SYSTEM AND DID THE UNDER THE SINK FILTRATION SYSTEM ALSO ! NO MORE LUGGING IN GALLONS OF WATER,WHILE HE WAS THERE I ASKED ABOUT MY DRAINS BEING CLOGGED IN OUR BATHROOM HE WENT IN AND CAME OUT AND SAID THEY ARE BOTH CLEAR! I found Fast Layne Plumbing via Thumbtack because my upstairs toilet was leaking all over the floor. Despite the error on the Thumbtack app that allowed me to book their service same day (they don't have same day or even next day service!), they honored the appointment and squeezed me in the next day. Chris was my technician and even arrived early! He was able to replace the water valve and supply line in the toilet tank. They were more expensive than another plumber I used for the exact same problem in our downstairs bathroom (but that other plumber/handyman/GC is not responsive at all!), which is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5.

Fast Layne and Chris were professional and more importantly, responded to text messages and/or phone calls and showed up when they said they would. Chris took the time to explain the problem, what he did and even checked my toilet tank to ensure there won't be any other problems. They're now my go-to company for plumbing repairs. I recommend them!

I could give 10 stars if possible. David and Jesse installed water in my garage and a water softener.
The price they gave us was the best out of all the quotes we received.

I don't know the first thing about plumbing. So when David showed up to assess the problem, he walked me through what needed to be done and educated me like a true professional. I was grateful he didn't make me feel stupid since plumbing is not in my wheelhouse. I was babysitting my autistic nephew at the time and came to find out that his son is autistic too! Had a leak under the kitchen sink that damaged the cabinets, before insurance would help with repairs I had to get a plumber to make sure that the leak was fixed and was not to come back. I found Layne Plumbing on Thumbtack and was able to set up a next day appointment for Saturday morning very quickly. Jesse came right on time and I received emails and text when the appointment was scheduled and when he was on his way. I did not get to personally meet Jesse but my husband came to me after the repair and said that he was excellent and that if we have anymore plumbing problem we will be using Layne Plumbing.

I needed a softener and RO system. They came out promptly to give me an estimate, and they beat the other estimates I got for the project. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time for the install. They did a great job! One company was going to run water lines along my ceiling and walls, and told me I'd need to patch some drywall when they were done. Not Fast Layne. Everything looks really professional.

So, if having work done on time, professionally, and for the lowest price matters to you, I'd give them a call.

High quality workmanship for sure. Crew stayed late into the evening to finish the work because it took longer due to finding the house was built with shower pipes protruding out of the wall space so they had to be taken out and redone to fit a standard shower base.

Our water bill has been getting higher every month. I called them, they sent someone out and within 10 minutes the found the problem. Our water softener is draining 24 7. The gentleman was honest and informative and did not charge for finding it. He gave a quote for a new one. I discovered a leak from my kitchen faucet and searched my Thumbtack for a plumber. Luckily I got a quick response from David at Fast Layne Plumbing. Cody came out within an hour and was able to stop the leak so I could purchase a new faucet and then returned the next day to do the replacement. David Layne and his team are incredible. My family and I had severe issues with our plumbing that required 25 feet of sewer plumbing to be replaced inside our home after becoming completely clogged with soil-stabilizing foam from a previous sinkhole repair. Within 2 days, FLP had replaced our plumbing and restored our ability to utilize our toilets, showers, and sinks! This was no simple fix as FLP had to cut downwards into our tile and cement slab (after having a licensed concrete scanner mark off post-tension cords), remove tons of underlying cement and dirt, remove the damaged piping, replace the piping, stabilize it with rebar and wiring, and then put it all back together! Throughout this whole process, David and his team were personable and made our family feel so comfortable. They did not feel like plumbers coming to work for a paycheck, but made us feel like family they were taking care of.

Nobody likes starting the new year out with issues on their beautiful home but that just happened to be my situation my bathroom faucets are leaking wich normally isnt a big deal anyway so called Fast lane plumbing to come take a look and was happy to hear they do same day plumbing, and whithin minutes of him arriving he knoticed my upstairs was leaking making water leak down through the walls wich come to find out was coming from those bad fixtures but only because I had a small crack in the drain coming out from those vanities and the consistent water leaking from the faucets was creating all the damage never would have known had David with fast lane Plumbing not put his knowledge and expertise to the situation supper happy we fix the situation before mold started growing and all of it got taken care of same day. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
