I recently had a kitchen sink installed by Angry Pipe Plumbing. During installation an issue was discovered which required some adjustments to my granite countertop. I had to call Angry Pipe Solutions for an emergency call last weekend. I woke up Saturday morning to find my bathroom floor completely flooded. I called at about 6:45 AM, and spoke to Brandon and he was at my house within 30 minutes. When he got to my house he took a look and immediately knew what the problem was. He had stopped the leak and had my toilet fixed all in about 35 minutes. He was very professional and explained to me exactly what the problem was in terms that were easy to understand. He was even nice enough to help me clean up the water so it wouldn't ruin the flooring. When I was given my bill I was expecting it to be much higher than it was. I was so pleased with the work and professionalism that I have called Angry Pipe Solutions to come out again to give me an estimate for a new water heater and to install new toilets throughout my house. I will be keeping their number on hand for all my future plumbing needs.

Greg and his wife owners of angry pipe were both extremely professional and courteous. We thought we had a leak inside the wall but being we are from Chicago where we do not have a water softener he explained that there is no leak and it's the softener return line making a noise. Brandon and Greg were able to come out the same day to fix a toilet that suddenly began roaming. Upon discovering a 20+ year old rusted flange, the gentlemen put in the extra time and effort to get the stubborn flange into place. All in all, this thing looks as good as new.
I have to give a shout to the fine gentleman at Paar Plumbing for pointing me in your direction when he couldn't make it out.

This crew was knowledgeable, efficient, punctual and effective. The water in the tank of my bathroom toilet had been running constantly. I had mis-diagnosed the source of the problem (and somehow thought it was necessary to promote my diagnosis to the plumber from Angry Pipe when he arrived). After taking a look, he respectfully explained the actual source of the problem, gave me an estimate for the repair, and had the broken piece replaced in no time. Giant water leak on Saturday. The leak was from the meter to my house. Conner, that night, brought me a water main key and left it with me so I could turn the water off and on when I needed it. I mean...WHO DOES THAT. Monday morning, the crew was here before daylight, digging up the old broken pipe. My pipe was replaced in no time at all. I was treated fairly, quickly, and was so very happy with the overall experience. This is NOT the first time I have used Angry Pipe and it will not be the last time either. The guys at Angry Pipe Solutions did a great job fixing my pool heater gas riser. I called a bunch of plumbers that wouldn't even touch it. These guys weren't scared of it and came out to inspect. They gave me a fair estimate and completed the work when they said they would at the price they estimated. Will call them again for any future plumbing issues!

Matt was very professional and very easy to deal with. He was very efficient and the bill was no more than was estimated when I 1st called.

I came home in the evening to a leaking water heater. Angry Pipe Solutions was the only company I called who answered their phone after hours, and Brandon came out less than an hour later. He was able to not only quickly fix the leaking pipe, but also recommend some things to prevent future problems. I had been meaning to put in a water softener for quite some time but I never knew who to trust. Brandon gave me a reasonable estimate, and he and Greg were back a few days later and I couldn't be happier. Now I have a new plumber and I highly recommend these guys! They really know what they're doing and they answer their phone the first time you call and their prices are reasonable.

Holy cow was I just blown away by this company! I just had two toilets replaced by Angry Pipe (I've also used them previously for a clogged toilet). Matt hustled his tail off to get both installed in a timely manner. He was polite, kept me in the loop, and cleaned up once he was finished. Angry pipe solutions is amazing. These guys answered my emergency call, within 30 minutes Matt was here and fixed the problem. This type of service is hard to find nowadays. If you are not calling these guys you are calling the wrong company. Also their pricing is super reasonable they dont gouge you like all the other companies do in an emergency call. We just moved in, 6 weeks later..., we have a slab leak. On top of that, it is a 2 story house with vaulted ceilings along with a big fat beam in the center....
I scoured the reviews and found Angry pipe. What a GODSEND !!!! We ended up needing a repipe due to where the leak was an inability for access. Greg gave us the real deal on what would need to happen and explained why (which is HUGE ). When spending money some companies act like it is no big deal to just keep adding on. Greg was upfront and honest every step of the way. No surprises other than from the house.... Anyway on the day of service, both arrived ON TIME and were prompt at fixing the issue. They ensured the job was perfect like it was THEIR house. THAT speaks volumes of the character of this crazy named company. I WILL 1000% recommend to ANYONE that needs plumbing to contact them they earned every single one of those 5 starts and will NOT disappoint. THANKS GUYS YOU ROCK !!!!

I could easily have checked most or all of the positive adjectives about this company. Have used them multiple times for big and small jobs at a rental home. I can trust the job is done right. They have done a great job quickly each time, and always been very close or exactly right on estimates. Also provided followup assistance for an insurance claim, stellar folks.

They have proven themselves to me, whenever I have a plumbing issue (rental house is like 40 years old, they happen). I call them and that's all, I don't have to get 3 bids and slow everything down.

The Angry Pipe Solutions team replaced our water softener system when our original system started leaking. I was able to schedule them within 3 days. They arrived on time after calling to let me know they were on the way. They were experienced, professional, and friendly. They completed the replacement within one hour. While there, they also drained my water heater to check it's condition. They removed the old system, loaded salt into the new system, and initiated it's startup program. Everything was done well and we are very pleased with the Angry Pipe team and our new system.

Contacted Angry Pipe Solutions on Saturday about a leaky gas water heater at one of our rental homes. Location was in a pantry between the kitchen and garage. Owner took it upon himself late Sat. to investigate and prevent potential flooding. He removed the defective water heater, spotted code violations from this 25+ year old installation when the home was built, installed the new water heater by 8am Monday morning, by code. Attached a pic of the installation, with a drain pan to prevent possible future failure, nice.

Fantastic result that could have cost my wife and I thousands of dollars in water damage.

Wade did a Wonderful job! He on time, courteous and informed me of everything that he was doing and what the cost was. He installed a garbage disposal, a new kitchen faucet, a new shower head and handle and unclogged three sinks, that were draining slow. I contacted Greg and told him I bought a new home and wanted a water softner for it he recommended a local company's Green unit. He had the softner system in a couple days and was out to install it. We had an issue with timing. In this day and age when everyone is on a schedule with remodeling one little thing can mess you up and make the job way longer than it needs to be. That being said are floors are to completely ripped out and redone. The company does not do toilets at all. I tried myself and had a not so good time with it. That's when I called Angry Pipe. Amy answered right away early Sunday morning. Wade showed up right at the exact time he said he would. Did the job of removing the old toilets fast and friendly. Cleaned up everything! I am having them come back and do more plumbing work as well. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Greg with Angry Plumbing was a God send. Following an overflowed toilet, he was able to get to my home, faster than expected. Very empathetic & professional. He went above & beyond, not just to address the toilet, he also ensured I wouldn’t have another issue, by snaking my tub, and ensuring my 2nd toilet, was good. Very reasonable, personable, timely & professional. When the renovation team, showed me that my washer valve, looked like they may need replaced, Greg made another trip, assessed the washer valve issue, tightened things down & determined that was all that was needed. Although he used his time & service call, he refused payment for the 2nd trip. True customer service & I’ll recommend ANGRY PIPE Plumbing, to anyone. Matt was great and professional. He understood my concerns and addressed all my questions of the sewer line inspection. He really took the time to inspect all of the venting pipes, the sewer line and showed me exactly where the septic system was. I requested a quote to install clean out drain and got one for me right away. Great company to work with and will definitely continue to work with them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

We found our hot water heater leaking last evening. Brandon was able to come out the next morning & drain, install with a drip pan and drain pipe a brand new water heater. He was professional, personable, efficient & extremely knowledge. He removed the old one and left the area totally clean.

We had Wade replace the main house water valve and the main sprinkler valve with ball valves. The old sprinkler ball valve had been installed with the handle sticking into the ground when on. This caused the handle to rust in two. Wade also installed two new toilets we purchased. He was here on time and performed excellently. He cleans up after himself very well, also. We are very happy.

This is the second time we've used Angry Pipe. The first was to replace a burst water heater right in the middle of the holidays 2018. They were fast, priced great, and did amazing work. They also replaced a broken water main valve -- now it's beautiful. Brandon's amazing.

This time, they replaced all of our faucets, including the little valve deals under the sinks. Again, they did a great job. Matt is a true pro at his job.

We did have a bit of a communication breakdown, and the cost of those valve deals was more than I'd expected. But in the end, it's worth the cost and it's nice to have new hardware.

I highly recommend Angry Pipe. They stay in constant communication, show up on time, and do great work.

Called at 7:30 AM, Amy treated my leak as a priority and assigned Troy to the job. Troy arrived at 9:00AM and identified the problem in just a few minutes. A rat or large rodent had chewed through the brine return line on my soft water system. Only issue was finding a replacement tubing which took several hours. Troy was a professional and was very communicative.

Angry Pipe has been to our home 3 times now (twice for a similar problem). Each time we've called they came over on the same day, the repair was also pretty fast once they arrived. We've been pleased with their work. They are personable, easy to do business with and very knowledgeable, they explain their recommended solution. They clean up, not just their mess but ours too. I also like that they use tablets and email for payment and receipts, it reduces paper and makes filing a lot easier.

Thank you for replacing my garbage disposal!

Woke up one a Sunday morning and noticed a bubble on the ceiling above my kitchen sink. I used a broom pole to verify it was water and soft at the bubble. Once I ID'd the problem I started thinking of a leaky or broken pipe between the first floor and 2nd floor, since the utility room is directly above my kitchen sink. I called several plumbing companies close by and know one ever picked up, but I did leave messages. My very last call I made, I prepared for another message and then wait...Someone actually picked when I called Angry Pipe (Happy dance). They told me upfront for the cost of a Sunday service and possible the unknowns that might come with it. They said about 60-90 minutes for ETA, they show up in 45, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and also fixed my loose toilet in my 3rd bathroom. Awesome work, customer service, and everything in between. I recommend them to anyone. So glad I called them...they rescued my Sunday and did not break my wallet. Thank you everyone at Angry Pipe!

They are so disrespectful on the phone Greg and Brandon hide behind there telephones and have the worst attitudes towards the customers, they set scheduled appointments during times that don’t help your schedule and they aren’t on time they don’t even touch the door bell to tell you we are here ready to work they are grimey people

Thank you. Greg and his wife were both very professional—great at communicating the plan and product needed. I was provided with 2 separate quotes—-one for the actual project (To fix the leaking shower faucets) and one with the upgrades I had requested if within my budget.

I sent Angry Pipe Solutions a message mid- morning and immediately had a conversation going. Quotes are free and I felt the pricing was fair and they were upfront. Angry Pipes was able to come out to my house within an hour off my message. I needed my reverse osmosis system cleaned and filters changed and an old water softener removed and the pipes capped. I think the job was done within three hours. I couldn’t believe I had found reasonably priced, same day service. I will certainly use this company again should I have plumbing issues in the future. Saved my butt hours before Thanksgiving.

Our property manager sent Brandon and his crew to our home to fix a broken drain pipe near the end of business day. They stayed well after hours to get the job done. They were efficient, thorough and were courteous enough to clean up the area where the work was performed. Later that night, I text Brandon at almost midnight with questions and concerns. He replied to me and eased my concern and said he’d be there in the morning to evaluate. He came back to house as promised the next morning and all is well. He was running late because of an emergency at another house but sent frequent time updates. We ended having another plumbing issue just a few weeks later and requested Matt again and again, he was great, showed us how to fix it ourselves for next time, and again, the price was so reasonable.
