We had a large water heater go out and he was able to come quickly and despite a very tight spot, high temperatures and a complicated pump system, he fixed it all the same day and at a great price! We highly recommend him.

Dan is at my house as we speak. This is the second job we hired this gentleman to do for us. We are doing a bathroom remodel. Initially we hired him to install a new bathtub in our bathroom before tile. He did an outstanding job. After he installed , the tile guys came and installed the tile no problem. We were very happy. He is here now moving pipes and installing our new vanity because the pipes from the old vanity didn't line up with the new one. Once again, doing outstanding work. We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him . My first time using Dan @ Anchor Plumbing and I was very impressed! He was on time and did quality work! Very detailed oriented... took his time and wasn't in a rush. I had some kitchen and bathroom faucets repaired and a tankless water heater serviced. He is very knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions and explain the process. I highly recommend him!

Dan is the man. Dan of anchor plumbing did all of our plumbing work on our total bathroom remodel. Piped and installed a double sink vanity w/ faucets from a single sink, and replaced all of our shower hardware, which also needed some pipe work. Dan is friendly, cool, professional and on time. He is a protectionist who cares about his work. He took the time and extra time to get the job done right even when one of purchased faucets came with a defect, he trouble shooted the problem and fixed it right. Dan put a RO system in my home two years ago and I was very happy with his service and professional attitude. However, what really SOLD me is that he never tried to SELL me on anything other than what I called him for. He gave advice but not once did I feel pressured. Fast forward two years later and per his previous advice I called him about a soft water system that I really have always wanted (even before his advice). He gave me options but so glad I went with the soft water option, I was so worried about the slippery, slimy feel of the soft water system but trusted him. He installed the system and from taking one shower I noticed an immediate difference without the slimy feel and I was able to wash out the shampoo easily. I called him AND he answered (WHAT??!!) I told him about my great results he explained why. He stated it was because he tested my hard water first and then adjusted the system to match my water while many people just set it to factory settings, and (you got it) that is where you will get the slimy feel. NEVER LETTING THIS PLUMBER GO

Dan did replaced our garbage disposal - excellent job, quick service, fair price great communicator he is the only one I will call for future plumbing needs.

Dan is the bomb! We have worked with him several times (RO system install, hot water heater etc) and referred him to several friends. He is prompt, friendly, trustworthy and very experienced. It is like having a plumber in the family!

Phoenix, as we all know, has very hard water and we had several faucet sets that needed to be replaced in our 30+ year old home.
1. He was able to find a main bathroom vanity faucet fixture and
2. a great value Delta brand faucet for our garage locally.
3. He also ordered a new goose neck replacement set for our kitchen and completed all three installations professionally and quickly.

It was his suggestion to combine the three jobs to streamline the trips and to save us money.

Dan works in a very orderly and neat fashion and we find him to be very competitive in price and responsiveness.

Wow! Dan was great! He accommodated a defective faucet I bought by recommending a different brand , then waiting while I ran out and bought it. His workmanship, responsiveness and overall customer service are outstanding. Simply the best plumber I have ever used.

So I'm one of those DIYer's that can usually handle most jobs around the house but plumbing has always been my nemesis. I may be a DIY guy but I also know my limitations and ran into one with a Delta 1700 series shower valve that was leaking.

Long story short the thing wouldn't come apart and in the process of trying to take it apart I ended up causing a leak in the valve. One that could have been disastrous. I called Dan and he showed up within an hour on a Saturday Afternoon and solved my problem for a very fair price.

I called another plumber and they didn't want to come out till the next day which would be a problem considering I had to shut off water to the entire house or have a flood.

I was looking for a good plumber and I think I found one.

Stop and Call Anchor Plumbing!! I’ll tell you WHY. We’ve lived our home for years without any plumbing issues. So when a water spot appeared on the ceiling, below our second floor we of course got worried. The thought of finding a random plumber, not knowing if they would give inflated rates or hidden fees, is a vulnerable position to be in.

Thank goodness a friend recommended Anchor!! Dan is the *whole package* and an expert in his trade:
1. Dan was prompt, professional, and super friendly with our family and pets.
2. He identified the leak source right away!! And he communicated the issue and solution clearly before starting the work.
3. On top of that, he removed the toilet, cleaned the affected area, replaced parts that needed replacing, recaulked, and left the area *spotless* - all in about 90 minutes!
4. There was no surprise work or cost. Dan was very clear about what was needed and what was optional. We had choices along the way and appreciated the open communication!
5. Dan had *all* the tools and parts needed on hand, so there was no delay with treatment of the issue.
6. The work was thorough! Before Dan left, he tested any possible water sources to ensure that the treated issue was the *only* issue contributing to the leak. He could have taken our money and gone about his day, but he left us with the peace of mind that any and all concerns were detected.

Dan came out to fix a clog in our kitchen island. The job took twice as long as we thought and the quote stayed the same price. His prices are fair. He also informed us about some maintenance items we may want done in the future, but with no pressure to do them until we were ready.

We recently discovered a leak under in our kitchen island that looked like it had been active for quite some time. We were referred to Anchor plumbing and after reading all of the positive reviews, decided to call to make an appointment. I called on a Sunday figuring I would leave a message and they would get back to me on Monday being google stated they were closed on Sunday. A couple hours later I received a call and Dan said he could make it out in a couple of hours to check out our issue. Dan was prompt, and kept me in the loop with respect to when he planned on arriving at the house. This is important to me in that many contractors that I have dealt with never seem to make the quoted times (which is OK if they call you and let you know). Dan was very professional and we could not be happier with his work. He determined the source of the water and gave us references for dealing with the cleanup. I will definitely be using Anchor as my plumbing contractor from here on out.

The toilet finally gave up the ghost. Tree roots choked it from every angle and the mechanics itself were from an age long ago. Along comes Dan, the gleam of confidence in his eye. Surveying the situation, Dan tells my spouse and I that he can do this, upgrade the feed line and reseat the flange. He demonstrates what he is doing as he does it after I had informed him that I was a bit of a DIYer who didn't want to mess with the tree roots. He cut and pulled out the roots, which measured over 5 feet long! The horror of it was palatable but Dan kept his cool in the face of dastardly conditions. He charged a little less than half of what the big companies quoted. Remember this, if Dan is licensed and bonded, just like the big companies, he can do the same work but with a more personable touch AND save you cash. This is what America is all about: small business. Call him.

Can’t say enough about Anchor Plumbing. You want plumbing done right and that’s what you get! Quality products and work, no “cutting corners”. Do it once and do it right. Professional, friendly, and they treat each job like it’s their home. We’ve had some repair work and a large gas line project completed. We were kept updated through the whole process as well. Planning a remodel, and this is the only plumbing company that will be allowed in the project.

I called and spoke with Dan about installing a new hot water heater since mine started to leak. Dan was able to walk me through the process of how to shut it down and drain the tank. I actually had Dan come out to my home to figure out why we had a damp wall next to our shower. He seemed completely prepared to do some serious sleuthing but after 5 minutes determined it was just the shower door leaking water, and he used a cup of water to demonstrate. Sure enough, there was the water leaking out before my eyes. He also stayed and answered all of my questions about my water heater, slow draining drains, etc. What a knowledgeable guy. I like that he was taking the time to educate me, showing patience as my 16 month old cried on and off nearly the entire time. Looking forward to having an honest plumber in the future that I can count on.

We were so lucky to find Dan, he is an absolute professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Dan is a bit of a perfectionist and the work he did for us is impecable (as you can see from the photos). We called Dan because we had a water softner and RO system that were old and no longer working properly. We also had a tankless water heater that we found out was improperly installed when we bought if a few years ago. Dan installed a whole house water conditioner and softener. He also installed a new RO system, and he fixed all the issues with the tankless water heater. We are extremely happy with the new sytem. I can't recommend Dan strongly enough.

Dan is your man! Dan did such a great job and his customer service is amazing! I gave him a call Thursday and told him our Water Heater has a leak. He was busy at the time but came that afternoon to look at it to see what was needed. We were missing a bypass valve and he right on the spot put one in without even hesitating to hold us over till he could install a new one today (his day off). That says a lot!

I called Dan early on a Saturday morning. NO Water! The main shut off valve had finally let go. Dan was very responsive and eager to assist with the emergency at hand. I sent him a few photos and within 5 minutes he had quoted me a price. He showed up within the hour in the exact time frame that he had original given me. Repair was completed in 45 minutes and we now have water again. Dan is an honest, experienced professional. He got the job done quickly with quality first for an extremely competitive price.
