Andy is honest, reliable, and responsible. I normally am not comfortable with service men coming to my house while I'm gone and my wife's home. Andy didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. My last plumber didn't know what he was doing. My toilet was leaking in the back and Andy fixed it. Not only did he fix it, he even sealed the base of my toilet and did a super clean job. If your looking for quality work and great customer service, Andy is your guy!

Not good. Conspires with hoa, deadbeat plumber may physically threaten you in your own home. Colludes with hoa in Extortion scheme, shoddy work

Great company. I had a gas line installed. The techs were very friendly and professional. The work preformed was excellent. I would highly recommend them

I've had TCH Plumbing at my house twice in the last few months.

One time was to plumb my kitchen during a remodel. My wife was home and handled the coordination with the technician and the work was performed professionally and very cleanly.

The second time I needed them was due to a backed up sewer line. They were able to get out within a couple hours and snake the line clear. No hassle or funny business. Very respectful to my wife who was home to meet them.

Good company to call.

Great Company! Devon was very knowledgeable,courteous and explained everything as he went along. Was very surprised to see how low my final bill was. No hidden costs. They tell you what's going on straight up front. No surprises. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them highly!!!!!

TCH Plumbing is the best. I've called them to my condo for over 10 years and they always find the problem and do a great job.

Not Good. Do not hire TCH they are dishonest and incompetent. Had to come back multiple times to fix their own mistakes. Negligent.

Lonnie at TCH is a miracle worker. Thieves stole copper plumbing at our condos and water had to be shut off to the entire community. I expected a long period without water but he had it on within a very short time.

Extremely disappointed with a quick and dirty pump replacement.

I joined our HOA board to help with plumbing and mechanical repairs at our complex. On the phone TCH Plumbing sounds good. When you see their work you will be disappointed.
One simple pump replacement turned into multiple issues that will haunt us until we get a reputable plumber on site to correct TCH plumbing’s hack job. They don’t follow manufacture’s directions. They left the old pump next to the new one and didn’t clean up anything. They installed press fittings too close to existing solder joints that can cause premature failures later.
They have nice looking trucks and when you have problems with their work they promise they will get back to. No phone calls, no email and not a shiny truck to be seen.
Don’t waste your time on these guys,

I could go on for hours about how terrible my experience was with TCH Plumbing. I can appreciate that they needed to do demolition at my property to access the leak, and they did the job, but the customer service and communication were terrible. The worst I've experienced with a plumbing company. I had four different people communicating with me at various points in the process about breaking through walls to access pipes, and I had no idea what was going on until I finally got the owner on the phone to help me understand the total scope of the work, and he was patronizing and condescending, not informative. They also promised my tenant would be able to shower despite the demolition, and that they'd put up a plastic sheet so that she was not affected by the work, and that never happened. Then, at the end of the job, they charged my credit card for $1,225 before I EVER saw an invoice. I did approve a range for services by way of an estimate, but I have never had a company run my credit card before sending an invoice and giving me an opportunity to see the charges and agree to them. I was appalled that they would run my card without first providing a final invoice with an itemized list of the work performed. Because I did not know they were going to charge my card, I ended up having to pay additional fees because the expense exceeded what was available in the account. This would have been avoided if I'd had a heads up (by way of an invoice) that payment was due immediately. Sometimes a person needs a second to pull together over $1,000 to make a payment like that, and because they did not tell me they were going to charge my card, my account ended up overdrawn. I would hope TCH learns how to treat their customers with a greater level of empathy and respect. At this point, despite my dissatisfaction, they have only been defensive, unapologetic, and completely unprofessional, refusing to reverse the charge on my credit card to let me pay after I've had a chance to review the final invoice. I have told several people about this, and they have all gasped with shock that a company would run a credit card without the customer first seeing an invoice and the total and saying, Yes, go ahead and run my card. Unbelievable.
