Scott was our tech and he was great. He walked us through the entire process and made it easy to understand. He worked with his supervisor to get a better value on our deal and will return later in the week to finish the second part of the job. Getting right to the point, The Dukes team's honesty and professionalism will win your business. We had another company come out and suspiciously recommended complete replacement of our two HVAC systems. System replacement wasn't necessary at all, and Kyle from Dukes of Air quickly pointed that out to us. Kyle reconditioned both systems and we're now looking forward to using these systems for several more years. Having the option to recondition instead of replace is huge and made sense for these two systems. We are certainly happy to have Kyle and the entire Dukes of Air team on our side.

I was so nervous about getting a new A/C unit after my 14 year old unit quit working.
I ultimately decided on a Lennox and $8,500 later I’m sweltering in a 88 degree house.
It was sold to me with the idea my bill would go down 30% in reality it’s gone up 30% because the unit is working so hard to cool.
The unit they put in was installed with no refrigeration so we had to have it filled, 8 days later it broke down again.
I am a widow and I’m so stressed out about this.
They said it needs a new coil
(This is a brand new unit)
the guys have been here for over 5 hours trying to replace the coil. My poor animals are panting so bad.
This should not be happening and I’m not happy at all.
