I've used 911 a couple of times now on both my properties and have had a good experience both times. They are punctual and professional and I will definitely call again for future projects.

Pipes replaced for washer in the wall. Pipes replaced outside for all shut off valves, and ect... They were quick to so up to our home. Very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use this company in the future!!! PlumbSmart is the best!

****Update****: Management from Parker and Sons Electrical division reached out to me and made this right! They sent Tyler Richardson, one of their best electricians, out to inspect the work and correct any deficiencies. Not only did he correct some deficiencies, he found a few issues that were not seen before. What a professional. Parker and Sons also sent out an incredible drywaller (George) to patch up the holes in my ceiling like they had never been there. They showed up at the agreed time and communicated every step of the way during what was a very quick repair. I would have rated this work 5 stars if they had sent these professionals out the first time. Really happy with their work and it seems like the technician I got was an anomaly for them. Thank you.****I called PARKER & Sons to wire up a 4-wire stove outlet. They were initially very responsive, but when the electrician showed up and evaluated the job, he stated that he needed someone skinnier to climb in the attic so the job was postponed a week. The next week my technician shows up again by himself. When I asked where his help was he told me that he should be here. The helper never showed up! The electrician struggled through this wiring job for about 9 hours and finally got the plug installed, but not before cutting several holes in my ceiling which their drywall department will now have to fix. This means another day of my time sitting with drywallers…not happy. Not likely to use this company again.

I have used this company for 5 years. I have 2 units and for the past 5 years these units have needed repairs. When they first started needing repairs Dukes of Air let us know that they would need replaced soon. So when time came to replace them I knew they would be fair and honest and give me a fair price. He was a very nice young man. Really worked steady and hard. I would have him again. He was very nice and cleaned up. Replace pipes on water softner.

This company I would highly recommend to anyone. We needed a new gas line installed and not only did they do it very well..it was 1/2 the cost of there competition. Also had an A/C tune up and they were spot on. Good company and Jay is as good as it gets!

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!
