Unprofessional, had a 2 hour window for an appointment time on a vacant house, left instructions for them to give me a half hour heads up when they were on there way, they gave me 10 . As I show up they leave. What a joke.

Absolutely amazing experience. The condenser in my AC went out and I called the first company I saw on Craigslist. Turns out it was PlumbSmart. The guy that answered the phone was very nice and booked the service call, followed by a text reminder. The tech texted when he was on his way. He was very professional and diagnosed/repaired the AC unit quickly. When he finished, he texted me pictures of the old condenser, the new one in the box, and the new one installed. He did not even hint at any sort of upsell. He just fixed what was wrong and charged a very reasonable price. I was blown away. Before retiring, I was a contractor for 20 years. I have never dealt with a sub that I was so impressed with. Every step was courteous, professional and HONEST. I highly recommend PlumbSmart.

We called for annual AC maintenance. Person on the phone was great and got us on the schedule. They provided notice ahead with service window. Anthony the service tech was right on time calling ahead of getting here. Did a great job and addressed all our questions. Assisted us to get and install an App to control our heating system remotely. Went above and beyond to help us. Price for service very fair, great service, will be using them for all our future needs.

The whole experience working with this company was outstanding. My friends recommended them and it is no wonder why they did. From initially calling to ask about service, there customer service personnel were friendly, helpful and accommodating to working with me on scheduling service. The serviceman who came arrived on time, was professional and went above and beyond to explain how the system worked, what was going on with the unit. Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

Kowality Plumbing has been very crucial in helping us get a valuable portion of our pool build completed. We have a whole house water filtration system that needed to be bypassed for the pool and landscape water supply. Kowality Plumbing had the solution and the price was extremely reasonable. They were also very responsive when I initially called with my questions and concerns about the situation.

This company charged me $800 to “fix” my ac when they then realized it doesn’t work. Now it’s still not working. Absolute worst AC company on the planet
