911 is my lifesaver. I had an old ac/ heating unit that no other company wanted to deal with.. Darrell came over and actually gave me some solutions and took on the job. He said it would take some time but he would get it done. Especially during this Covid when every other company told me they were booked up, couldn't get the supplies, didn't deal with my kind of system, or just plain never called me back. Darrell stayed diligent and professional through the whole process. Heck, they practically built me a whole new system! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 911. The Plumbsmart AC service man was very professional and throughly examined my airconditioner. The problem was with a fuse. After correcting the fuse, he examined the system and found all ok. He did not attempt to sell me something I did not need. The total cost was very reasonable. I can now cool off and not worry about a system failure this summer.

Maintenance program on our HVAC unit is serviced twice a year keeping it in top performance. Technicians are always on time and keeping us informed of any potential problems and repairing before there is a problem.I would recommend Parker & Sons.

Had some trouble with the furnace, called the Dukes and they were out the next day. Gave me a time window and on both the diagnostic trip and return trip were here right on time at the beginning of the window. Quickly diagnosed and clearly explained the issue. Brought back the part and repaired two days later. Tech was very helpful. I would definitely call them again.

I've been using Air & Water Mechanical, formerly Air Factor, for two decades, and other family members now use them too. Everything they do is prompt, reasonably priced, and professional. We just replaced an HVAC system and 1 week later they sent out my regular maintenance technician just to do a post-installation inspection by a different person. I don't know how many other companies would do that but it seemed very proactive to me. We've been on their annual maintenance plan for a long time, and also had a water conditioning system put in by them.

Kowality Plumbing has been very crucial in helping us get a valuable portion of our pool build completed. We have a whole house water filtration system that needed to be bypassed for the pool and landscape water supply. Kowality Plumbing had the solution and the price was extremely reasonable. They were also very responsive when I initially called with my questions and concerns about the situation.

Update: the call center manager call and apologized for the confusion. Brandon came out, and he's awesome. He was able to determine that a new capacitor was necessary. Now the house is cooling.

I'm disappointed that I've had these problems with a new AC unit, and I'm disappointed that it took so long to get a tech out here, but the tech was amazing. I'm happy to have a house that's cooling down.

My AC unit was installed in October, and it’s broken today, the hottest day of the year. It’s 90+ degrees in my house. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to have them come out. 1st time was in November, and they hadn’t install it correctly, so the heat didn’t work. Next time was because the AC said “cooling,” but no cool air came out, and the compressor wasn’t running. By the time the tech came out it had started working on its own, and he said that he couldn’t do anything about it. This happened again twice. Finally, today, it happened again, but it hasn’t started back up. I called the Chas Roberts help line, and they said that they’d send out someone between 7 & midnight. It’s one thing to wait all day when the temps are reasonable, but at this point, it’s becoming a health issue.
