Front office staff needs to be retrained on their job & customer service or be replaced. They are terrible & I feel bag for the techs. Tech was awesome!

We compared 5 companies on price for the same units, and PlumbSmart was the best value. They also helped us evaluate the tonnage of the AC Units for our home. We were able to reduce our overall needed capacity by 2 tons. Very happy with our decision. Nicolas is easy to work with. I particularly enjoyed the light, fun banter within the install team. Clearly demonstrates PlumbSmart is a good place to work, which makes it good for customers.

I've had them come out twice now for my water heater and garbage disposal and they have been awesome. Super nice and explained everything they would be doing. They are at the top of my list for repairs.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

The tech was efficient, courteous, pleasant did his job well. We needed them right away and they got a tech to us within an hour. Not thrilled with the price but the job got done.
