Best Hvac System in Mesa AZ

Fred has been here a number of times over the past 3 years to fix various plumbing problems at our house. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and accurate in his work. I especially like his explanations of what is being done and why. I recommend BSJ Plumbing for all residential plumbing work.

Our associate Hunter was very polite with a genuine smile. He also made a parts run without complaint and had a great attitude the whole time. It was also done quite quickly!

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Robert was willing to go the extra mile to make sure our residents and staff were completely comfortable during this transition of weather change. Our AC UNITS couldn’t keep up with the heatwave we are experiencing now. He stayed into the late hrs not leaving until the work was done. He was professional and kind to the residents and staff. The repair man that came out was so nice and friendly. Robert gave far honest diagnostics with very fair pricing. When he left the issue was totally resolved and we felt good about the transaction.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Plumbing &A/C Medic is the best plumbing AC company the valley! My initial service request was made on line on the 4th of July. The return time was imediate next day 730am telephone customer service rep. was friendly and knowledge. Service technician CARLOS showed up same morning, on time, professional in appearance, friendly, great additude, ready to help! The initial examination went well, quick and efficient. Carlos discovered my issue and concluded I required a second more detailed examination of my lines. 2nd day Carlos again showed up on time and professional, hit the ground running joined by his team. They performed a detailed hydro jetting and camera inspection of my lines to diagnose my situation. Without and shady sales pressure, we discussed, in great detail, my treatment/repair options!
