Best Hvac System in Mesa AZ

Fred Cherri installed shower trim for both of my bathrooms. He was extremely thorough from beginning to end. He was meticulous in attaining the correct parts for my shower and the correct pricing for each part. He was extremely professional and has immense knowledge for his trade. I highly recommend Fred Cherri and BSJ for any plumbing related issue in your home.

We contacted PlumbSmart to have an estimate for a repair/replacement of our HVAC system. Their response was fast and arrived the next day. We chose them over their competitors because they could perform the work quickly and the cost was better than the rest. We encountered one small issue with the furnace replacement due to a wiring code issue but the company caught the issue during the pre-installation and was quickly resolved. Trent and the installation team were very efficient, professional and left our home as clean as it was beforehand. They're very deserving of their 5 star customer service and stand behind it.

Parker & Sons were awesome. One of our AC units quit working on a Saturday, I completed an online form with Costco first thing on Sunday a.m. and Parker & Sons responded and had an estimator out on Sunday afternoon. The quote was the most competitive, we made a decision on Monday late afternoon and we had 2 AC units and air handlers (furnaces) installed by 3:00 Tuesday. The entire team was very professional and swift!! If you are in the market for new AC or any HVAC equipment I would strong encourage checking out Costco and Parker & Sons.

Rick was prompt and professional when he came by for our annual AC inspection. He was honest with his diagnosis and gave a very straightforward fix to an issue with our smart thermostat. Nice guy and friendly. We have always had good experiences with Dukes of Air service.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Very difficult to deal with.We contacted this firm several days ago to get a quote to install a hot water recirculating pump on our water heater. The plumber, Cody Ray, came out and gave us a verbal estimate. He left his cell phone number with us so we could call or text him with question or to schedule the installation. We texted Cody and he didn't respond to the text. No one followed up with a written quote for the proposed work.When we called the firm several days later, we got a call center agent that didn't know much about plumbing and could only schedule appointments. They passed us through to dispatch who was slightly more knowledgeable. The dispatcher sent us an email with a description and quote of the job in broken english. Several words in the description simply didn't make sense. Cody quoted us a 5-year parts and labor warranty. The warranty in the written quote was 90 days. The dispatcher told us that she would have a field supervisor call us to clarify things and answer any questions. We waited several hours and no one called. We called back and the dispatcher told us it could take 24-48 hours for a supervisor to call us back. Ridiculous; surely supervisors have cell phones.We're done. We should not have to work so hard and wait so long to spend money (not a lot, just $1,000) with a plumber on a simple job. The communication has been horrible before we contracted for and paid for the work; imagine how hard it might be to schedule warranty work if something breaks. I can't recommend Plumbing and A/C Medic for any work. The firm is too bureaucratic, their business processes need dramatic improvement, and their customer follow-up is poor at best. There is simply too much competition in the plumbing field to be this bad at the fundamentals of customer service.

I will NEVER use anyone else!! Incredibly honest...and helped me help myself...
