I have used BSJ Plumbing twice: one preventative maintenance and one emergency. They were professional and courteous both times. Their recommendations were very pragmatics and I did not feel like they were pushy. I would recommend them for any plumbing service.

I worked with 911 Heating & Cooling in my pre-home inspection. Scott Epps performed the inspection - this man is a gentleman, and good at what he does - I feel like I understand the air conditioning that I am getting in the new house. They get a high recommendation from me.

Rainforest Plumbing has come to my residence twice now to help with plumbing issues. My first was a few years ago when a pipe burst in my house's concrete slab. They came and found the leak and suggested to install pex to run the new line. They were on time, professional, and had everything setup and situated. A few years later, I had a new issue with my kitchen and didn't want to go at it myself, and Rainforest was the first I thought of. They came the very next day on time, explained everything that happened and what they did, and next steps. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and were professional all the way through. I highly recommend them.

There was a leak in my upstairs bathroom ceiling. I called and got an appointment the very next day! The technician Jeffrey was super personable, efficient and informative! Plumbsmart was affordable and is definitely the company to go with for all your HVAC/Plumbing needs!

We called at 6pm for an air conditioning unit that was not blowing any air. We were told we would get a call back about when someone was coming out. We never received a call and instead called them again at 730pm. They said we were on a list and next for the technician. We called for a third time at 10pm and we’re told we are next but cannot give a time estimate. We waited over night and no call came through. We called back at 5am and the call center representative was rude and unhelpful. He said the company closed at 630pm and didn’t know who we were speaking with all those times. He offered no resolution and told us to call back yet AGAIN at 630am. The company is a fraud and will not help in an emergency. The 24 hour help is nonexistent and not a real thing as advertised.

I had multiple companies come for quotes on a full air/heat replacement. Rob with dukes of air was the ONLY one to take measurements, pictures, and sit down explaining the FULL detailed plan, the equipment, pricing, rebates, and scheduling.The installation team was very prompt, clean, and professional.Customer service is great.This is one of the biggest investments in your home. I'm glad I made the best choice and will tell everyone about this company.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Had to come back but return was done under warranty, fixed my plumbing problems, the helper were very polite and professional

I have used Air, Water and Mechanical in the past when they were known as Air Factor, was impressed then and even more so now. I had an issue with my AC after hours, next morning bright and early Chris diagnosed and recommended replacement due to failure and age, Chris was extremely professional and patient with all my questions. I decided to replace ducts as well, couldn't say better things about Edgar and Anthony the installers, they were giving me updates every step of the installation process and were very efficient and professional. Very happy with the work and professionalism of everyone I dealt with in company from office giving me updates when the team was going to show up, to post install check up, my house is cooler and quieter due to all of the work done. Thanks Team!

We were very impressed with the prompt and courteous service we received from Minuteman Home Services. The plumber explained what was wrong and how he was going to repair it. The leak in our backyard was fixed. The cost was reasonable.
We will definitely call them again for any home repair we may need in the future.

Mr David Somers has been a real pleasure having in my house. He completed the job in a timely manner, & I'm extremely pleased with his cleanliness, & neatness.
