Rainforest Plumbing has come to my residence twice now to help with plumbing issues. My first was a few years ago when a pipe burst in my house's concrete slab. They came and found the leak and suggested to install pex to run the new line. They were on time, professional, and had everything setup and situated. A few years later, I had a new issue with my kitchen and didn't want to go at it myself, and Rainforest was the first I thought of. They came the very next day on time, explained everything that happened and what they did, and next steps. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and were professional all the way through. I highly recommend them.

Called PlumbSmart for the quote to install a water heater. Brian, a very professional and knowledgeable tech quoted a reasonable price, picked the water heater up from the Home Depot for us and installed it the next day. Brian also repaired our water softener backwash line that was split at fitting behind head so we will be able to use the water softener without replace the entire hose. Thanks Brian for doing all of these for us! We will definitely use PlumbSmart again.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

These guys are fantastic!! They repaired our upstairs AC and installed a new motor for our upstairs heater. Very quick response times, they got out to us quickly and were extremely professional and polite! Would recommend 100%

Had an appointment yesterday at 3pm for a new ac unit bid. I left work early and the tech was a no show no call.

Not very happy with this company I feel like I was scammed. They quoted one price on the phone and it ended up costing over 3 times that amount. They actually wanted over 5 times the original quote but I complained enough and they discounted it. Never again and it’s a shame because I am a property manager and could send them lots of business.

I've used Sam on several occasions for plumbing repairs and installations. He also maintains my HVAC. Yesterday he came out promptly and repaired the control unit for my water heater. This saved me a replacement cost of about $180 in parts alone. His price is very reasonable and he excellent at solving problems.
