Chad came to install a microwave that I purchased at Lowe’s. He was courteous, considerate and efficient. He went above and beyond. Also Leanna who called to schedule the installation was very pleasant and efficient. Overall a very good experience. I would call them for any future plumbing needs I might have.

We had Scott perform a sewer scope after a different company tried to tell us we needed $7000-$12000 of repairs for faults in the sewer line. Scott quickly diagnosed that there was a minor deflection of part of the line, but he explained that it was not causing issues and was pretty normal in the area observed - and it needed no repairs. It was clear that Scott (and 911 Plumbing) are looking out for the customer. I will be using 911 Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future, that's for sure.

I have used Water Pros several times, at my offices, my rental properties and my personal home, and time after time they have gone above and beyond expectations. Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Can't be Trusted. I am not one to write reviews, but considering how much I paid I am making an exception here. A year ago I decided to have New AC unit Installed. At first everything was great. But there servicing check ups are a joke, as they always cancel. Finally a year later they do a check up, find the installation was substandard and try to charge me. When I questioned the charges and ask for a supervisor, I was ghosted. I feel it is better to have customer service than anything else, and customer service is not here unless you are actively paying for it. Very Disappointed.**Update** it has been 4 days since their reply and still no contact, also realized that the response is the same thing they say when you call. Service techs are good for most part, but the management team not so much. Not expecting a call, good luck if you use this company.

We had some condensation lines that were clogged up, and needed them cleared ASAP to prevent flooding. Adam came out and cleared the lines, but also added a PVC union near both air handlers to be sure that servicing them in the future was much easier. I do a lot of my own work, so I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty working on my own AC from time to time. I checked his work, and everything was top notch. Fair price, quality work, and great professionalism from the tech. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Our serviceman, Bobby was very knowledgeable and thorough in describing what could be wrong and what steps needed to be taken to fix the issue with our drain. Would highly recommend them.

We are longtime customers and continue to get great service. We recently had a new heat pump installed and Tim gave us the best price,(including some customized installation), compared to two other companies in the valley. He also spent many additional hours without charging us to address an air flow problem in our ductwork. We don't think we would have received this kind of attention, service and commitment from anyone else.

We have used them for a couple of years now and have been very pleased with all their services. They are always on time and very thorough and clean. Jimmy has been our main service man and he is fantastic. We would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommend! One of the only companies that offers free estimates and no hard sales pitch. After scheduling the estimate, Kyler came to our home to evaluate what exactly was going on. It is so true that you can’t estimate a price on service without seeing what the problem is! He was very knowledgeable and patient during the whole process educating us about the products and maintenance along the way.
