The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Technician John Bergstrom 375 is a true professional. He came in after we had some challenges with our AC installation and within a short time work his magic and our AC was working exactly as it should. The guy deserves some big paise from the Plumbing and AC Medic leadership!
