BSJ Plumbing and Steve Parks recently completed a large, messy plumbing project for me that required digging up the yard and installing new pipes. Steven was exceptionally courteous, professional, and efficient. He led the job and stayed with the project through to the end. He started working right away to systematically diagnose the issues and he didn’t pass me off to someone new because he was busy with other appointments. Steve patiently and thoroughly answered my many questions and he got answers/confirmation when he wasn’t 100% certain or I requested it. He was honest and didn’t nickel and dime me for every little thing; the quote was fair and reasonable —there were no surprises and they were highly accommodating. They were diligent and took careful measures to minimize the mess inside and out.

The level of customer service was exceptional and definitely stands out in today’s market. The work, exemplary. BSJ will me my new plumber for future needs and Steve will always be requested. I highly recommend BSJ Plumbing.

EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with 911 this week - we have nothing but nice things to say after they did an actual 911 fix for us at our house in Gilbert! The AZ dust storms have been nonstop at night and the heat has been relentless - so naturally as AZ likes to do with 115 degree temps our AC went out and it climbed to 87 degrees in our house in a matter of hours! We were really freaking out because we have a small child and didn't know how long we would have to wait to get an HVAC service here to check our unit.

Darryl - the owner - was on top of his game though! We called late in the evening when this happened and the owner himself came by since he the biz was so slammed with AC calls the he didn't have any available trucks or techs to come by. I couldn't believe it!! Darryl stopped by, figured out the issue was a bad filter and a frozen unit, and not only fixed the issue to get us back up and running but sat and monitored the meters for 45 minutes on the unit until he was 100% certain that everything was running as it should. After everything was fixed, he came in the house and showed me the numbers - even took the time to explain what every number on the meter meant, what numbers he wanted the unit to be hitting before he was comfortable leaving, and went into detail about how the unit works.

I can safely say - as I type this in my very comfortable 73 degree house - that you should not hesitate to call 911 when you need any kind HVAC service!!

If I could give Water Pros 20 stars I would. They went above and beyond installing a new 80 gallon water heater and new Toto toilet. Mitch and his Techs are true professionals. Prompt, Courteous, Neat and Clean Work. I HIGHLY recommend Water Pros for any type of plumbing needs..

Great service at a great price. They installed my faucet, cup rinser, and since I had a new sink they re-routed my plumbing for a better and cleaner fit.

My tech was wonderful and everyone I talked to on the phone was kind. It seemed like all invoked parties were not up to date on my case. Very friendly service and responsive. I have to say that the whole process took 3 days and was very stressful and frustrating. I am talking about this issue only. I’ve been with Parker and sons for at least a decade so am overall happy with their work

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

I hired Air & Water factor to replace both of my air conditioners at my property in Gilbert, AZ and I was extremely pleased with the service. Initially I had several contractors to provide me with a quote, but these guys seemed to be the most knowledgable and courteous. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had service done by them before. Their estimator and the technicians were very polite and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the new air conditioners in a professional manner. The technicians cleaned up very well after themselves once the installation was done. The office crew were very polite and courteous as well. My overall experience with this company was extremely positive and I would certainly hire them again for any air conditioner or plumbing related service.
