Reprising my last review. Had them back out again today and Hernan was my tech. This guy is also a rockstar! Did in 3 hours what it would have taken me 3 days. These are my go-to-guys from now on when I have a plumbing need. Thanks for everything.They came out first thing in the morning and got the job done. James was very professional and clean in taking care of business. I was impressed with the huge mat placed over the floor in the bathroom prior to starting the work. Thanks James for the hard work. I look forward to requesting James again when we do some remodeling in the 2nd bathroom and kitchen.

Three years ago, we had a water softener and a Reverse Osmosis system installed by Parker and Sons through Costco. It has been nothing but constant aggravation and persistent lies on the part of this company. We were told that the water softener would regenerate less often than our older system and that it would use less water in doing so and the regeneration process would take place every so many gallons of usage. Well, there was no truth in that. I am awakened nearly every two or three mornings at 2 AM at the sound of the system regenerating. We had called about this, and we were told that they would see to it that the system would be reset to regenerate as per usage. After two or three visits on their part, we were told that “it is what it is”, and that it would regenerate more often than what was incorrectly stated by the initial representative and the prior technicians. In the meantime, they also told us that the filters on the RO system would not need to be changed more than once per year. At 2:15 AM, six months after the installation, I would get text notifications every single morning that the filters needed to be changed. At LEAST four times they insisted that this was resolved but it took until last year for that to finally be remedied. This past Monday I called at 4 PM to set up an appointment to have the filters changed, which was needed, and so that I would not be awakened at 2:15 each morning with these text notifications. I was told by the person who answered (who, BTW, had mentioned that he remembered me because of the mispronunciation of my last name) that a technician would arrive between 8 and noon on Thursday. At 11:45 on Thursday I called to see if a technician was still going to arrive, and they had no record of my having called for an appointment. That is the second time that they did that to us. They informed me that they would send a technician between noon and 4 PM. The job was completed. From that next morning, onward, I have been receiving text notifications at 2:15 AM that the filters need to be changed. I made them aware of this by calling them as well as by emailing them and they insisted that the technician reset it. This morning, after having been awakened again at 2:15, I decided to remove the batteries so that it would disconnect from the Wi-Fi. Thank goodness that I did, indeed, go under the sink. The filter (or filters) was (were) improperly installed and my cabinet was flooded. They are supposedly a 24/7 company, but they are useless and incompetent. I called Costco to notify them of the situation and they told me to keep calling Parker and Sons. When I did call back, they told me that I would be scheduled for Monday for between 8 and noon. Poor quality, incompetent service, poor customer service, and misinformation! A manager will be arriving today, Sunday, to evaluate the situation. In the meantime, my cabinet is ruined, and the aggravation is mounting. Now we are also worried about the possibility of mold. I would avoid this conglomerate of a do-it-all company, like most large businesses whose volume is more important than quality and customer care.

Arizona's Dukes of Air has provided us with outstanding service!! We had to have 2 new AC units installed a couple weeks ago, which can be a very stressful time. We got multiple quotes and hands-down Dukes of Air's comfort consultant Rob blew the competition away! Day of install, Luis and team showed up on-time and did an excellent job with the installation of the 2 outside units and 2 air handlers in the attic. Since the install Tarr (Anthony) has been out to our house multiple times to help dial-in the air flow, to make sure every room is working correctly. Every person I've had to deal with has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, & on-time. My experience with this company has been nothing but GREAT!! I recommend this company for all AC needs!!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

The repair and maintenance rep. from Minuteman Home Services was on time, friendly, very professional and explained the full service in plain English, so that a person outside the industry understood what the service was all about. I will call this company again.

First off, when I called in a panic, the office was ready to send someone out within a few hours. Then when I got the initial problem solved without them needing to come out, they set me up w the ‘water softener expert’ at my first available time. Jaime was prompt and helpful, giving me several options. I did not feel pressured to do extras, he spent most of the day installing a new water softener and did a neat, thorough job. I had to leave before he was done and he promptly called me back the next day when I had a few more questions about the new set up. Very satisfied.

Sam is a reliable, honest, hard worker and gets the job done in a timely manner with very professional results. He installed a Ductless Mini-split air and heat system in the Master bedroom. It turned out to be a very clean installation and when we had to come up with a solution on mounting the exterior unit, he had the right ideas. He completed the job and left everything clean and orderly. I have a number of other projects that I will no doubt be calling on his services for again in the near future!
