Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, and they did a great job with the small service that I requested for my 2 A/C units. The technician also went out of his way to offer some helpful advice, which was great. I will definitely be using this company in the future

I went with Parker and Sons because they are a well known air conditioning company that I believed would provide their customers with the best service. I was extremely disappointed when my $18000.- 3 year old unit already went out but what was worse is that I had to wait 6 days for it to be serviced. Each time I called I was handled with disregard and excused with extreme heat being a reason for the delay. I was told that the required service plan would mean I would be first to receive service and that if I didn't purchase their annual service plan they wouldn't even schedule me for service. I can assure you that was not explained at time of purchase. During one of my calls to check when they could come out I even asked to speak with a manager to express my concerns but was told that she couldn't connect me with one. I will not recommend this company to anyone let alone my family and friends because I feel like they are only interested in selling their products and service plans but not about the actual servicing after they receive your money.

Technician Justin is very professional and did a great job . Definitely will use Arizona’s Dukes of Air again .

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

They fixed the issue quickly. They were working hard the entire time they were working on my issue. I would use them again if we have something go wrong again in the future.

I had an emergency with my A/C unit during the summer. Air & Water factor came out to fix the unit and found a part needed to be replaced. The A/C unit was not working at all and my house was extremely hot. Air & water did not leave me in these conditions due to the unit breaking down on Friday evening after business hours. They brought me a very nice portable A/C unit that was able to cool down a portion of my house. They where able to ordered and replaced the part extremely fast and had my house up an running and cooling before I knew it. They also where very fair with their pricing and had great customer service from the ladies at scheduling to the field techs. Highly recommended and they are my new go to A/C company.

Chris, was awesome he had great knowledge about the product, easy to talk to and get answers. This was the only company that answered questions over the phone every other company had to come out and investigate the issue. (Service Charge) Great company, thanks Jay and Chris don’t change!!!!!!
