EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with 911 this week - we have nothing but nice things to say after they did an actual 911 fix for us at our house in Gilbert! The AZ dust storms have been nonstop at night and the heat has been relentless - so naturally as AZ likes to do with 115 degree temps our AC went out and it climbed to 87 degrees in our house in a matter of hours! We were really freaking out because we have a small child and didn't know how long we would have to wait to get an HVAC service here to check our unit.

Darryl - the owner - was on top of his game though! We called late in the evening when this happened and the owner himself came by since he the biz was so slammed with AC calls the he didn't have any available trucks or techs to come by. I couldn't believe it!! Darryl stopped by, figured out the issue was a bad filter and a frozen unit, and not only fixed the issue to get us back up and running but sat and monitored the meters for 45 minutes on the unit until he was 100% certain that everything was running as it should. After everything was fixed, he came in the house and showed me the numbers - even took the time to explain what every number on the meter meant, what numbers he wanted the unit to be hitting before he was comfortable leaving, and went into detail about how the unit works.

I can safely say - as I type this in my very comfortable 73 degree house - that you should not hesitate to call 911 when you need any kind HVAC service!!

I called your office for the price of a service call for a plumber and I was told there was no charge at less we do the work and you accept the price .
I had a compleate faucet set for my bathtub waiting and a bathtub faucet spout waiting.
I was told that will be $585.00 to replace the whole set. I said no to that and ask how much for the faucet spout? Your plumber said : I'll probably won't charge you for that I appreciated and said Ok just put the spout.
Then he said that it was $185.00 and asked me to signed. I was completely surprised because all he did is remove the hose that was connected to the water and put the spout on.
If I had not called to ask for the price of the service call I would blame me for not asking questions. I was told by your office no charge if I didn't accept the work. You plumber said no charge
How, then, I ended up with a $185.00 bill?
I feel that it was very deceptive in your part.

Had 2 3 ton HVAC systems put in and they did an excellent job. Very professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. During the installation very clean, and picked up all garbage and vacuumed rugs. Drywall was replaced in the attic and framed out. Looks better then the original. Thank you Parker and Sons for the excellent service!!!

We have used AZ Dukes of Air multiple times for AC repair and now this time for heater repair. Super quick to call back and schedule an appt right away. I reached out to them and within 2.5 hours the tech (Tony) had arrived, diagnosed, went to get parts and fixed the issue. Each time we have used them, we have been given many options on how to tackle the problem and how much each option would cost along with pros/cons - I trust that they are not here to get as much money as possible out of me and really care to take budget into account. I imagine we have some equipment change that has to happen in the next couple years and I know who I will call when that time comes.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

This is a great company. Fantastic service, excellent technicians, with professionalism and humor at the same time. They responded quickly to our call and they took care of our problem. They made sure everything worked perfect before they left. We highly recommend them to all of our friends and to our family.

The entire pipe system from the foundation to the city sewer hookup needed to be replaced. Quite a depressing reality. It initially started with only one 6' section, but once they opened it up, they showed us just how brittle the cast iron section was and how the pipe going to the foundation was cracking and crumbling away even as they tried to attach the new section. All thru the work, they kept us informed of the problems and the solution choices. They have been respectful, professional and completely informative. Patient with all our questions and explanations were done in a way we could understand. I would certainly recommend them for any plumbing and a/c issues.

I contacted them to do several things. They scheduled my appointment very quickly and contacted me to let me know when they would arrive. In addition to making sure my a/c was working properly, had them install a gas line to my bbq & fire pit. I also had the install a reverse osmosis system and replace 2 hose bibs. The work was done professionally and the cost was reasonable. I will continue to use them for any services I need in the future.

Dave and Chad were professional, punctual, and polite. Chad kept the space VERY organized and clean throughout the install, which took 2 days. They both communicated effectively by calling or texting responses quickly. I have no complaints whatsoever and definitely recommend this company. The shower is clean!
