From their HQ Holly was precise, on it, got us set up, all details noted and off and running......Eric, the tech had a diagnosis and a call into me shortly prior to the scheduled arrival time...🤣🤣....hence I missed his call...got back to him, he gave me his diagnosis, cost and one week follow up included to check and retest what he had just completed. Folks, that's about as good as you can get on an initial visit! Three thumbs up!! 👍👍👍

Amazing service! From the first step, doing the estimate, Dennis was a hero! During install, Travis, Lorenzo, Sergio, Diego, all were extremely professional, very fast finishing the installation (well under the estimated time), answered all of my crazy questions, and our home is cool again, all the vents are blowing crazy hard, couldn't be happier! The drywall repair afterwards with Joe went perfect also! I can't recommend them enough!!!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
