While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Michael S. did a fantastic job. He called to let me know that he was leaving one job sight and was headed our way. He came in with all of his supplies and ready to work. Even though Mitch Wright-Southaven had a busy day today, I never felt rushed. Michael was efficient, timely and got the job done. We love Hiller!!! We use Hiller at home in Nashville- and we’re in desperate need of a weekend repair at our family home in Memphis.Jeff and Ronnie we’re both professional and courteous. We had a window of 9-11 and both were in and out to resolve what turned out to be clogged ac drain line even before that window of arrival closed.Hiller can’t be beat in TN!

Crowe Services , Heating and A/C came out on schedule and serviced our a/c units . I was very satisfied with Johnathan . He was very courteous and polite to us. He went beyond the call of duty services show they cared about their coupons Are you got it by cleaning the outside of the a/c unit to make them look like new. My service was not provided on my original appointment date which was disappointing. However, I was pleased with the service, knowledge and professionalism of the young man that serviced my AC unit.

Called up with my complaint of no cool air coming out of my air conditioner. I had used this company for all my HVAC and plumbing needs for several years and several thousand dollars. They said they could come in 4 days. I protested that we couldn’t wait that long with a baby and an elder in the house in the 105• heat.They said in a very unconcerned tone, “that’s our next available, do you want it or not?” I replied, “no, thank you, but be real sure when you turn me down today because I am a good repeat customer to you and I’m in bad shape and need help right now and if I have to meet somebody new because you sent me away, I might like them and never call you again”. They replied, “Is there anything else?”. I said no. I called another well known company who was there in 4 hours and fixed my unit. They were not better but they were available. I’m a doctor and I’ve always told my patients, “the best doctor on earth is no good to you if he can’t help you when you’re bleeding to death”.I rest my case. I will never call Best Care Hime Services again. They are arrogant and too successful. I will devote myself to making them less successful so that they might remember why they are here on earth: to serve others, and be grateful for the chance to do so.

Did a good job

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
