While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Cody fixed a leaking tub that another company said was too old and there was nothing they could do. Not everyone has a new build!

Today, we were able to be added on last minute to have hot water before the holiday tomorrow. Another company was going to be here Friday. I’ve learned my lesson and will call traditional plumbing first!

He w as s responsive and answered all questions my husband and I had. I had an appointment with this company for 2 weeks, took of work for the appointment, and they did not show up for the appointment or call me at all for that matter. I had to call them to find out they would not be coming to my house anymore due to their increase of emergency calls.

Explanation:
I Had an appointment for January 5th at 3 PM. I called early in the morning of January 5th at 830 am to ask them to call me when they were on the way they said ok.
Flash forward -
To 3:00 pm appointment time.- plumber is a no show there is no call.
At 5:00 pm I get my husband to call to inquire what is happening. They answered and stated they had multiple emergency calls come in and they would have to reschedule.

They would have been great to know earlier in the day. I waited around for this company, took half a day off work and they could not even call me after they did not show up to reschedule or tell me they were canceling?

Roger came to my house on a Sunday at 9:00AM to fix my AC and was excellent and a sweet guy. Will call back for any of my problems!

Absolutely love Stewart Plumbing! They have been our go to company for years. We have an older home so we see them more often then owners with new homes. Each time they get better with increased knowledge or technology. One thing stays the same though - the high level of professionalism, customer service, and all around great people.

Ray Woods in particular helped us out this time and went above and beyond. He ensured everything was done correct and also ensured that we understood what was done. Top notch customer service and all around pleasantness!

We had a clogged sewer drain on a rainy Sunday and we called Roto Rooter, they explained that Sunday's were after hour rates, so we asked them to call us Monday to schedule a service call. Within 30 minutes the tech on call for Sunday called us, JOSH WAS AWESOME, not only did he come out within an hour but he only charged us the regular rate. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! We have used them several times through the years and we have always been very satisfied with the service we have received.

The serviceman Jerry came out on the same day as I made the call. He was very careful not to walk on our floor with outdoor shoes. He took the time to go over our ac unit to diagnose the problem.

Highly recommend! Michael was able to come by the same day I called and replaced the pressure relief valve that was leaking on our water heater. Definitely thankful.

We had very BAD experience dealing with this company. After pressure test, they broke our water heater and provided wrong diagnosis and ask us to replace gas control valve. MLGW technician indicated to us they have put too much pressure to cause the water heater male function during pressure test. We bought gas control valve and they replaced it but the water heater is still not working. We ask them to take the part off so we can return it but THEY REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TAKE THE PART OFF. The front desk lady was super RUDE and would not give customer any chance to speak. They charged $1200 to get pressure test passed. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.
