Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! Being stationed in Memphis in the military has always been a problem due to my hours and my life, especially for my wife. When my neighbors shower broke and destroyed my ceiling with mold, I had no idea what to do. But then I was recommended Roto Rooter by a friend, and I could never have been more thankful! While I was at work, C.J. and John were extremely helpful and respectful as my wife was home at the time. She said she enjoyed every bit of the time they had, which seemed odd to me but as long as the wife is happy haha! When I got home, they also left us a list of tips of ways to help with mold in the future too! I recommend this to anyone who ever has a problem with mold or water damage in the future.

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

All Clear Techs came out to our home twice and failed to properly diagnose the plumbing issue but charged us $440. They came out a third time as a “courtesy” to unstop the sewer drain less than a week after they cleared it. During the courtesy call, we were told we needed a $2,500 repair job and they wanted to come out the same day. We called another company for a second opinion that cost another $375. We are out close to $1,000 because of the All - Clear mis - diagnosis. Finally, on the second call to our home, the Tech showed me a photo of roots that came from our drain. Well, unbeknownst to the Tech, we have cameras all over our property and DID NOT see him pull anything from the drain ON CAMERA. That could be criminal sir! We used your service in good faith and got scammed. So don’t complain when we DON’T use your small minority business! All Clear, you have to do better by your clients.

Colton came out for a potential repair for a busted pipe. Although I did not have him fix the repair, which turned out to be an issue with the A/C unit, he used the utmost professionalism and is a kind soul. I’m sure his expertise could have let to total customer satisfaction had I used him for the repair. He was very thorough and I would call Stewart Plumbing again.

The tech who came out, Shaun, was friendly, effective, smart, and honest. What seemed at first to be a complex problem was actually something simple, but it took Shaun's patience and detective work to figure that out. Frankly, it would have been the perfect opportunity for gouging. The only reason I knew that the problem was simple was that Shaun was honest and told me it was simple. I seldom post Google reviews, but my experience today was outstanding.

Were supposed to be out between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm. Infinity Series unit is only 3 years old. The condenser had burned up. They did have the part and were able to replace very fast. The unit was under warranty. We paid for labor and service call of $300.

Warren C. was very knowledgeable in his job. He explained everything before he did it, and when he was completed. He tested everything to ensure it was working and in good order. I have his card, and would recommend his work to anyone in the Clarksville TN area. Warren C. is also an Army Veteran so please give him preference if you want the job done well, and done right.
