While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Roto Rooter saved us from purchasing a home we were going to put an offer on with thousands of dollars of needed sewer/water line work. Kelly was our guy and he has so very helpful, spending hours on the phone with us to answer all our questions. He even took the time to speak with my dad, who is an insurance claims adjuster, and who helped us make the decision to walk away from the house. We finally found the home we eventually bought and Kelly was the man we called for the inspection! We cannot recommend Kelly at Roto Rooter highly enough, and are very thankful for his work and time spent with us.

We had very BAD experience dealing with this company. After pressure test, they broke our water heater and provided wrong diagnosis and ask us to replace gas control valve. MLGW technician indicated to us they have put too much pressure to cause the water heater male function during pressure test. We bought gas control valve and they replaced it but the water heater is still not working. We ask them to take the part off so we can return it but THEY REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TAKE THE PART OFF. The front desk lady was super RUDE and would not give customer any chance to speak. They charged $1200 to get pressure test passed. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.
