We called on Sunday when our garbage disposal broke. Ruvi was here with a new garbage disposal by 1 pm Monday. We had a working garbage disposal and sink an hour later. He carefully tested everything before he left. I highly recommend him.

Our 15 year old washing machine broke so I debated to fix it or not, but the older machines are so much better made that I figured it was worth it after I found the flat rate repair service through Candu. The process was quick and easy and the machine ended up needing a new motor and belt. They honored the price for the repair as it was originally quoted before they had even seen the machine. The technician was able to come out initially 2 days after I made the service call, and then came back a couple of days later when the part came in. The service company they sent was on time, prompt and responsive.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

AFTER HOURS and WEEKENDS!

The Friday night before we were headed to the beach I was in the garage packing my truck and noticed an odd sound coming from my breaker panel that sounded like a 1930’s science fiction movie (or bacon cooking). NOT good! I noticed this around 10 PM. It was the breaker dedicated to my HVAC system. I called several places I found on google and had NO luck. Even the ones bragging they have after hour techs. I’d call them, be told a tech would call back in 30 minutes. Never got a single call. So…I finally found Tim Ferguson and made the call around 12:30 am. Had it not been for my iPhone going into Do Not Disturb mode I would have seen that Roger had called me back around 12:45 in the morning (and he would have come out then to fix the problem right then). Not hearing the phone ring and growing tired of looking for a contractor I fell asleep knowing we were not leaving for the beach at our scheduled 6 AM time on Saturday. I had planned on waking up and gong to a nearby electrician business and sitting on their porch in order to get help (rather than calling them).

When I woke, I saw that Roger Lemons (Memphis office) had called me twice during the wee hours of the morning (Kudo’s to him). I called him back before i could get the sleep out of my eyes due to the urgency of our situation. He immediately answered the phone, asked me to describe the problem, I told him of my vacation timeline and in less than 45 minutes he was knocking on my door. Roger quickly evaluated the problem, had the parts on his truck, fixed the arching breaker and was well on his way to the next call in less than one hour. ALL done before the local electrician shop would have opened! Roger was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have now added Tim Ferguson’s contact information to my phone’s contact list. They will be the FIRST place I call from now on should I have any electrical needs!

After hours or on weekends, make Tim Ferguson the FIRST place you call! I could not be happier with the level of service and prompt attention to my problem.

Just called Neighborhood Plumbing and tried to make an appt to replace my water line from the meter to the house. When I told them I was digging my own ditch they told me they had machines and people to did and if was doing that part myself I should call someone else!

The first time I used this company was to replace my heater. The technicians we very good and the equipment is working well. Now, I am using them to fix a gas leak. As of this survey, the project isn’t finished, however, the technicians are responsive to my questions and, as far as I can tell, they are doing a great job. I only have them four stars, since the work isn’t finished.

I've used them exclusively for 23 years, but they recently replaced a water heater for me and the entire experience has been a bad one. They cut a hole in my ceiling and didn't tell me they wouldn't replace it until after the new heater was installed. Then, when the office staff called to schedule the code inspection I was given a date and waited all day with no code inspector arriving. I called the plumber the next day and was told they called me (no call or message recorded on my phone) 2 weeks ago to let me know the code inspectors don't do water heaters on Mondays or Tuesdays (my appt. was on a Monday) and it was really hard to get an appointment made for an inspection. I called the inspector's myself and they laughed when I told them the excuse I was given and said that was absolutely false, they do inspections on water heaters Mon-Fri. So I asked if I could make my own appointment and cut out the plumber. They gave me the permit number and other information to schedule an appointment myself and I did it in under 5 minutes with no problem whatsoever. Needless to say, I will not use Ray Baker again. They lied to me and were inherently inept at the way they handled the situation. It's disappointing, especially after 23 years of good service.

Mr. Duhme came on-time and advised to call American Leak Co to come out and detect the leak with their sonography system and then to contact you for him to return forrepairing the leak. I was extremely pleased with his utmost professionalim, knowledge, forthrightness and honesty. Your organi,ation must be proud to have outstanding Service Tech like Mr Duhme on your team.Thank you all for this guidance.

On time with knowledgeable installers who made short work of installing 2 water heaters. They were polite,efficient and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommended.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
