Best Pump Maintenance in Memphis TN

Technician was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He addressed and explained that root cause of my issue and gave me options on how to make the necessary repair. This is my second experience with Smith Plumbing and I was lucky enough to get the same technician (Corey Reagan) I got the first time. I am very pleased with the results from both encounters and will most definitely use them again if needed.

Other technicians came out and could not solve the problem. Khalil Lee took the time to find the problem, made phone calls to find the right solution and went above and beyond to correct the problem with my HVAC. Superb technician!

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

DO NOT USE THEM !!! We had paid over $13,000 ++ for two new heating and ac systems, we have had problems from day one. Lots of promises but they never deliver. They were great when it came to a quote but down hill after that. We have had heating issues in the peak of winter where the heat would not work and ac issues in the peak of summer. They have come out over 9 times in the last 7 months. Larry the office manager is very rude and could care less about people. He talks down to you and does not try to accommodate any one. He told us we can live with the ac not working and 79 degrees is not bad in the peak of summer. This man should not have contact with customers. They also Installed things wrong multiple times including not having a place for us to replace the ac filter there is no filter housing available and again we were told this would be fixed and has not been. go with any other company !

Roger came in and took care of everything asked. Even went above and beyond explaining what was going on while answering other questions. I will be calling again if there is another issue.

They left the kitchen faucet worse than it was when they came out finally (after standing me up for the first appointment). Now are telling me they are going to charge me for another visit for fixing something they made worse. They didn't tighten down the disposal so water went everywhere which I fixed myself, but the sink still leaks (worse than before) and shoots water out of the top of the faucet when you move the over tightened neck/stem which is a new issue. I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not.

Jack came to service my A/C System. He was very professional and kind. He showed me things about my system that were concerning and could be a problem in the future. Overall a great experience that I'm highly satisfied of.

Were quick to respond to call but showed no motivation to work. Showed up as if upset they had to work that day, shrugged shoulders, and quick to leave once they go their check. When called back because of concerns we had about the job they had done, the serviceman just showed and shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what the the heck do you want”. The only people who seem to at least take their job seriously are the operators who answered the phone in the beginning.
