I would highly recommend Jeremy and Smiths Plumbing. Management was prompt in getting me on schedule and Jeremy arrived right on time. He’s a kind-hearted professional that knows what he’s doing. He repaired one pipe and turned the water back on and detected another and recommended/explained a solution that I will be going with. Incredible service. Will recommend going forward.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. We had a water leak at the commode. He fixed it and knew what he was doing. On time and reasonably priced. We've used Culpeppets several times and have been pleased each time. Good service.

Dalton arrived on time and was very courteous and thorough regarding our plumbing concerns. It was nice to not feel like a priority customer even though we are one of many. He did not rush, but instead took the time and attention to explaining what needed to be fixed. It was our first time using Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating and Air, but it will certainly not be our last! Overall, we were very happy with the level of service and quality of workmanship for the process we paid.

Jay was responsive and very helpful when giving us a quote for a new AC system. He pointed out everything that should be changed and why it needed to be fixed without trying to upsell unnecessary products. All of the technicians that came out to install the system were courteous and professional, and they updated us as the work progressed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else that may need HVAC work done.

I was in a pinch on a Sunday morning and called 3 drain cleaning companies. They all said they were 24/7 companies but couldn't come out til Monday but Roto-Rooter called me back and said they could come out Sunday morning by 11am.
The technician, Lyle, was here on time, very efficient and very professional.

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
