Best Kitchen Plumbing in Memphis TN

I called Smith’s Plumbing for help to remove a leaking dishwasher and install a new one. To say that the removal was a challenge would be an understatement…but Hunter, the technician they sent, was fantastic. He got creative and was able to remove the old dishwasher without damaging any of the surrounding structures even though it required a lot of manipulating. I’m so grateful! He will return to install the new one next week after the dishwasher space has dried out. I highly recommend Smith’s, who accommodated us so quickly, and kudos to Hunter, the young man who was our technician. He was extremely professional.

They left the kitchen faucet worse than it was when they came out finally (after standing me up for the first appointment). Now are telling me they are going to charge me for another visit for fixing something they made worse. They didn't tighten down the disposal so water went everywhere which I fixed myself, but the sink still leaks (worse than before) and shoots water out of the top of the faucet when you move the over tightened neck/stem which is a new issue. I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not.

Called for them to come out didn’t return said they would give me a call so I called back Tuesday she apologized and said someone would come out Thursday it’s fixin to be another Thursday haven’t heard from them

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

Called All-Clear about my shower/bathtub water not getting hot, sinks in bathrooms were fine, just bathtubs and showers (3). Called Tuesday evening and got an appointment for 9am Thursday. I received a precall at 8:15am the morning of the appointment, not only were the guys on time (10 min early), they also diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Russell and Matt did a fantastic job at my home and even gave me 10% off for being a new customer. If any future issues arise, I will not hesitate to call All-Clear for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for the prompt and wonderful service. Also prices are VERY reasonable.

Had a busted water heater in the attic, that was spilling water into the ceiling of a bedroom, the fellas (Trey and Alden) came out quickly and assessed the situation and removed the suspect water heaters and installed a tankless water heater - thank you for the great and quick service! It was even Alden’s 27th birthday!?? Thank you for the exceptional service

Hats off to Mike H with Stewart Bros. I was in the middle of a total renovation of a bathroom. Encountered some complex plumbing issues. Mike H showed up to save the day. Courteous and knowledgeable. Corrected all issues in a small amount of time and was on his way. Thx again for a job well done Mike H !!

We used the online appointment request on a Sunday evening to ask for service on Monday. That was very convenient! We received an email in the morning to confirm and then a call 20 minutes before the serviceman arrived. He was right on time, super-friendly, and listened to our explanation of the problem. He immediately knew what the issue was and how to resolve it, which he did in less than 30 minutes. We appreciated the ease of making the appointment, the speed, and Jermaine's technical skills. THANKS!
