Had to Hire another company to rip out their work that failed code.

Snyder was hired to repair a leak in a service line for residential. Technicians spent 2 hours searching for the leak digging holes / trench and never found the leak. They had a sharp shooter only for a shovel. I loaned them my shovel of which they broke. They left the job with problem not solved and with the holes / trench left in the yard. Said they would be back with a leak detector. End of next day I called Snyder because I hadn't heard from them. They told me their leak detector was broken and that I needed to find someone else. Paid 210.00 for a bunch of digging. Very disappointed in service, response and their attitude.

I have used Larry since he first started plumbing. I have read all of these reviews and do not believe the bad reviews especially the ones that claim Larry lost it and was cursing them out. Larry is a Christian man that does not use that kind of language and does not believe in ripping people off. When I first started my business I bought a brand new food truck that some of the work was not done right when it was built. Larry knew I was hurting for money and made repairs at no charge. Also it is very hard to find anyone to work on plumbing in a food truck. It is very easy to get to and simple repairs but nobody wants to do it. Larry always helps me when I need help. He does not tell me he can't do it because it's a food truck. Snyder plumbing is a professional business that does excellent work. Some people just like to exaggerate!
I'm very glad to have known Larry for over 30 years now. Wonderful people to work with.
they care about their customers and the quality of work they do. If he didn't, he would not have built his business from one van to the success that it is now. Do not believe all these hateful reviews. That is not Lary and Lisa that I have known for so long. Thanks for all your help Larry.

Muy buena atencion

originally was scheduled for december 23. they let us know they were on their way. no one ever showed up. called & scheduled again for today between 9am-10am, again no one has shown up.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had an appointment from 2-4 today. It is now 7pm and no one has bothered to call or show up. So disrespectful to customers to schedule appointment and not show up...especially when people take off work to be home. 👎🏻

Worst out there no respect for customers..they talk bad to you ...then they lie no respect for no one

Truck just drove down my residential street driving dangerously fast where small children play in Tipton County. Due to previous post about bad drivers and no one caring I guess I will call my friends in Trooper, County, And City to open season on drivers and see how they like it. Couple of love letters inviting them to court might help these non-driving jerks.

This company believes it is okay to rob their customers as well as employees. There was one disturbing incident where they sold a company a USED part for the NEW price. They simply painted an old unit they had in the shop to look new and fool the customers. This great man also strung three employees along for a whole week saying there was no work and they could stay home, only to wake up to a group text message claiming he was shutting down the Hvac side of his business, which is obviously false. In this group text message he also added I know y'all have families to feed but my business comes first. To make things uglier, he withheld money from all of their last checks & suspended their overtime pay with claims of them signing papers that he refuses to provide for proof. few of their employees are famous for doing drugs on the job and in the vehicle which can explain the horrible reports of their driving, as well as purchasing pills on the job for company use. In short, these are not nice people & far from trustworthy.

Worst experience with any contract work ever, unprofessional and unqualified. I'd urge all to seek other options before wasting your energy and money on this company.

I have used them for years & they show up on time & have repaired everything that needed repairing for a fair price. Will keep using them.

Worked with this company as a contractor with HomeServe USA foR an emergency leak in my water lines in my front yard.

After over 24 hours of getting the call from Home Serve USA, this company started the repair. It took around five hours.

The repair was made but a two foot deep by one and a half wide trench was left in my yard and they refused to backfill it, even though it was part of the contacted job.

I'd advise you NOT to use this company.

Driver was drunk or high on US 51 - D Thomas near Firestone. Almost pushed me into oncoming traffic heading north over the bridge. Only by the grace of God am I alive. Luckily the oncoming drivers saw what was happening and slowed down and moved over. When I called their office to inform them they couldn't have cared less.

I called to schedule an appointment during normal business hours and was told they charge a $30 travel fee. I was really shocked- I think it’s part of the job to travel to your customers. I called A K plumbing in Germantown, they came out the same day, fixed the toilet and didn’t make me pay for the mileage to get here.

Used them twice. Prompt and efficient service. I will use them again if needed.

Do not do business with this company. Bad business. Needs to be investigated.

This company destroyed my electronics in my home. They blew out my utilities in my home. Kept tripping the breaker with that faulty cord they kept plugging in. As well they didn't fix my plunging, had to get another company. Be careful, cause they go thru your home taking pictures without your permission.

Rebuttal to the owner. Why would you get on here and lie. Another plumbing company came behind you, and repaired the lines that was collapsed. All in one repaired it properly, and haven't had a problem since. And they used my electrical and did not bring defected equipment. Honesty is the best policy. You will replace my items you broke or I will see you in court!. Roaming thru my house without my peemission and taking pictures, is an invasion of privacy and illegal!

We have always had good luck with Snyder Plumbing. Another plumbing company got their snake stuck in our main drain and multiple companies said it was because the drain had cracked and the snake ot stuck because of that. Snyder came out swapped other company's snake machine with theirs and had the snake unstuck and out within 90 seconds.

I've had account with this company for several years fixing my wife's rental place & ours. They have been responsive & have done good completed work. However, today we had a guy with a serious problem. My wife & I overheard the two guys discussing how terrible & messed up our renovation is. This was extremely unprofessional & just not needed. I know we have stuff everywhere because we are moving back in a little early too. It's stressful enough without feeling like we are being judged too. Unfortunately, I'll be thinking hard before calling this place again. I called in the complaint as well. We are the type of people that normally don't say or do much when unhappy about service, but this was taken personally. It's why I do most things myself, or only hire people I know very well. I hope this was a one time situation. Just very disappointing during a difficult time (extreme reno) and was hoping for professional help without judgements or negative comments. Smh

These guys rock! I took the plumbing insurance out with Home Serve. Have not been in my home for a year and my toilets backed up the laundry backed up. Snyder was the company that came out . They had their challenges and found the problem took them 2 trips It was a mess they cleared the line and went beyond expectations . Thank you Snyder Plumbing!!!
