We called due to a tenant's sewer lines not draining. They said they would be out yesterday, but never showed up. It has now been 12 days as of today since they were originally called about the problem. My husband was able to get the drains unstopped today. We will never call Tacker Plumbing ever again. I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible service!!! Actually no service!!!

Came to house, dug up problem area. Made excuse not to finish job and told me to get another plumber to finish the job. Did just that.....problem fixed the every next day. Quick easy job and wasted a whole day with tacker.

Called for them to come out didn’t return said they would give me a call so I called back Tuesday she apologized and said someone would come out Thursday it’s fixin to be another Thursday haven’t heard from them

Our experience with Tacker Plumbing was excellent. We developed a major leak in the main water pipe in the front yard early one morning. The Water Dept. had to turn off the water. We contacted Tacker Plumbing and they worked us in and came out that same day and and had the pipe fixed and water going. Simply, they did a great job and was reasonably priced. We will use them agin for sure.

Tacker Plumbing rescued us today. My husband works long hours and my son works in sweltering heat all day. For them to come home to a busted water pipe and no water, distressed me a lot! I called Tacker and they came within the hour. They went straight to work and ended up shoulder deep in the ground. They did not stop working until the job was done. They offered me cold water, which embarrassed me because I was too busy watching them to even think of offering THEM cold water. He showed me the piece of pipe that was damaged and explained what they had to do. After an hour and a half they were done, water was back on, and I was totally relieved. I give them 5 stars for timeliness, professionalism, and kindness. They were worth every penny. I wish I could have afforded to give them a big tip. If you live in Marion, West Memphis, or any of the surrounding small towns, do yourself a favor and call the RIGHT people the FIRST time: Tacker Plumbing.

We needed work quoted and then done. Obviously when plumbing is in question and there's waste in all of my bathtubs it's pretty time-sensitive. For TWO DAYS they kept telling us they were coming. No call, no show. Call back. Oh, we'll come this afternoon. Oh, we'll come in the morning we got caught up. It's just about expectations - if you can't come for 3 days then say that so I can find someone else more quickly and you don't leave me on the hook. Plumbers are scarce in town, but I don't recommend this one. THEN we attempted to schedule a year later and they told me no because I left a 1-star review on Google for the above. What a mature company, more reason to give them a 1.

If you are looking for good plumbers keep right on looking past this outfit......I called Tacker Plumbing to get an estimate on installing a toilet in my house in Marion, Arkansas. I talked to Christie and she quoted the labor on the job at $258 plus $170 for the toilet for a total of $428.00. She explained that they could be there the next day which should have sounded an alarm as most reputable plumbers are usually book a few days in advance.
We set up a time and before they dispatched the professionals and I use that term loosely, and we spoke again and I let her know that i had already removed the toilet. I told her that they might have to shim the toilet up and she quoted $18 dollars for that and then said they may need a new flange for $40 extra dollars then proceeded to tell me that the grand total was $600 for installation. I asked why the estimate had increased so much and reminded her I had already removed the toilet and put it on the street. I pulled my back in the process and told them my wife said let the professionals handle it. I did not know they were gonna jack up the rate so much. She said that because I inquired about the rate increase the guys decided to ditch the job. I am guessing since it was labor day they had bigger fish to fry.
I did need the job and told her to ask them to come and if it did cost more and the time required was indeed 2 hrs that I would pay it. I just did not understand the increase in labor when I had already removed the toilet before injuring my back. I guess my inquiry was an insult to them but where I am from there is no such thing as a dumb question when you are paying a contractor. I said perhaps they could come by and look and they said no that they turned down the job sight unseen which spoke volumes to me being a businessman. I do not know if they ditched the job because of the sudden price fluctuation, the inability to deal with the public or maybe they just questioned they're ability to do the job. Regardless, I schedule with another guy named Holloway, a Christian guy who has dealt with me twice in the past honestly and priced well for the provided services. As I said he is booked way ahead as are most good plumber and I need it done today. I dealt with Tacker plumbing once before and they rotor rooted my moms sewer line on top of her house 4 months ago and charged $275 which I thought was a bit high but they did the job and the line still gurgles after a good load of clothes running on the spin cycle. New customers beware of this company. They say one thing and bill another and ditch you if that is not okay on they spend your money. Steer clear!

I love them, no problem no issues with this company. Early mornings, late afternoons working fixing all water problems with no attitude just good service. Always there and will be there when they say they will. Love them, Husband, wife and son
