Tyler, Tim, Travis and Lars (I think) were all very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and expert technicians in evaluating and repairing the original shower valve issue as well as the shower drain issue (not their fault) discovered after the repair. Tyler, especially, went above and beyond in diagnosing the drain issue and acquiring the appropriate personnel to complete a complicated situation caused by a previous contractor over 7 years prior.Thanks to Smith Plumbing and all involved for creating another satisfied customer! I was recommended by a neighbor and I will surely repeat that process to whoever needs plumbing services!

Wonderful company to work alongside with. Owner is one of the most honest peoples I've had the pleasure of working with. Goes above & beyond to do the right thing no mater the cost to himself. One of our guys had some tools go missing off a job-site, convinced one the HVAC guys stole them, went to the owner to complain. Without blinking an eye Reuben pulled out cash and asked and paid our employee for the missing tools. Our employee found his tools in the trunk of his car where he had left them for safe keeping during lunch. I've personally watch fist fights occur on job-sites caused by those accusations. Mind blown to how 3G handled that situation. 15 years I've been in the trades, First time I have ever witnessed such class. One of many small things they do to go the extra mile. WOW!!
Technicians are dressed presentably and are respectful and patient with clients. Dealt with many HVAC companies over the years and by far 3G Heating & Cooling continues to blow me away with how customer friendly they are.

Price went from $700 to $500 to $390 to $350 and all they did was snake a drain with a tool that cost $300 lol I paid it because I realized I got taken and it was my own fault for listening. (Job time 5 minutes but, explained about 2 hours of work)

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

Hired them to do a complete plumbing job including adding a bathroom. They never finished the job. I have leaks in all 3 bathrooms! Called and no one ever came back out nor returned the call. Had to hire someone else to finish their work. Plus the plumber smoked inside my house and left ashes on the floor!

I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.

Henry is by far the best handyman I have ever worked with, and the most dependable tradesman I've met: whereas many handymen I've worked with in the past have done no-shows or disappeared midway through a project, Henry is always on time and ultra reliable. His main strength, however, is his devotion to quality: he is a perfectionist, which is a wonderful trait in a handyman, and it results in beautiful results. He is the only handyman I would work with in the Memphis area.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst plumbing experience I have ever experienced. Absolutely horrible professionalism (from owner and associates), poor customer service, and unreasonable prices.

Requested a camera service for a main sewer line and the price changed by $50 from one day to the next. Over the phone, the cost was $175 and once they finished scoping the pipe, the price was $225. Took 5+ days to give me a quote for the insurance company, and it was $1500-$1800 higher than the other quotes.

Spoke with the current owner of the company regarding my urgency for a quote for an insurance company and he spoke to me in a patronizing manner with complete disregard for the quality (or lack there of) of service I received.

I wouldn't wish the treatment I experienced with this company on anyone. I do not (and will not) recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.
