I am a local Realtor and also a homeowner that has used Smith Plumbing for several years. Yesterday, I had a couple plumbing repairs on a home I have listed. Cody Johnson was assigned to my job....He came out to my sellers home, was on time and went above and beyond for me! In today’s world you don’t get the kind of customer service he provided much anymore! Very impressed with him and his knowledge! They have been very helpful throughout the entire process.

I have used All Clear on two occasions at a rental property. The fist time Bobby was the plumber and he cleared several drains for me. About a month later one of them clogged again. Bobby came out and cleared it at no charge.

The second time, Mel was the plumber and he found and repaired a leak in a copper supply line.

Both Bobby and Mel were very professional and conscientious. The prices for their work is reasonable too.

Discovered my 25 year old water heater leaking Tuesday afternoon. Called River City Plumbing and they had a man to my house by noon the next day. and had a new water heater installed by 3:00 PM Thursday. Did everything they said they would do in the time period they said they would, which was very important because we we're leaving town that afternoon. If it ever happens again I will definitely give them a call.

Great job and service by all involved. John made sure to keep us updated on progress throughout the install of our tankless water heater, and will definitely recommend to others!

They did some work for me that was an emergency. Had a faucet break off and couldn't shut off the main supply. They were there quickly. Then after that I needed some repairs done and gave them a call. They said they would be here the next day which was good. They never showed up. Called the next day and they said they were on the way. This went on for about 5 days. I finally went to the office (I live just around the corner) and talked with the head man. He told me they only do new work and no repairs. Bold faced lie. I see them in the neighborhood doing repairs. Do not trust them.
