3G did a great job. Were very prompt, arrived when they said they would, courteous, neat appearance, cleaned up after they were done. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be using them for all heating and cooling needs in the future.

My extended family and I have used this company for at least 25 years over multiple houses, and they have always given excellent service. They have installed several systems for us and have worked to make sure everything is working properly. Twice-yearly service appointments are easy and convenient. Nick was especially helpful in trouble-shooting issues for my mom and always gives excellent service.

I recently had my 17 year old dryer repaired. The tech arrive and determined the problem. All was needed was the inside door lever that powers the dryer, when the door closes. My ten year old said, he was in and out in less than 15 minutes. We immediately used the dryer and there has been no issues.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Mitch Wright group has been my company for many years and continues to provide quality service. We had a small leak which we identified, contained, notified MW on Monday am and they sent a technician out that afternoon to repair the area.

A/C Service this time had a home warranty service they gave the number to call they told me it would be 4 days before they could get out so I waited and waited and left messages and never received any return calls so I got tired of waiting and i called the Home Warranty and ask if i could get someone else to do the work on the A/C because i had been without
A/C since April 23,2022 the Warranty service hear it was Friday April 13, 22 . they said Okay cancel so that when i called Tim Ferguson thanks to them Roger check out the unit.

I have called these guys 3 times after I received a verbal recommendation from a friend. All issues were separate issues on different heating / air units. All were resolved in a timely manner and they were able to come out the same day every time. I highly recommend these guys.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
