This was our first time using this company for a project this size, and they were absolutely amazing! Stephen was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our problem. Gibber services installed our new unit. They were so nice and did everything efficiently and effectively! They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. They even have a service that they take care of the system throughout the year so I don’t have to deal with it.

Courtavious Coleman and Terrence Gaines came out today to check on my AC unit. They were very kind, courteous, funny, helpful, nice to my Chocolate Poodle Hershey, quick, honest and efficient. They worked hard at getting what I needed and didn’t stop until all avenues were tried!!!

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

I give them superior rating

I was quoted a price for repair of ice maker back on June 9. After three visits from the repair tech from C & R Repair, over 3 months it was determined that it would be to expensive to repair the ice maker. I called Candu. They were very nice and offered a replacement, at my cost, which I declined. They did a Partial refund, minus the initial $79.00 service fee. I guess I missed the part about prices being guaranteed.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

We are a regular Mitch Wright customer. Not only do we get personalized and professional service, but every technician or plumber and every member of the support staff seems to bend over backward to do whatever is necessary to make everything exactly the way I want it. We have had a new heating and air conditioning system, new toilets and a gas line installed on the new house we bought last year. They have honored their promise to fix anything that wasn't right. If it had to do with the installation or was under warranty, we didn't even have to ask them not to charge us. They offered immediately.

Roger came to my house on a Sunday at 9:00AM to fix my AC and was excellent and a sweet guy. Will call back for any of my problems!

I had 3 toilets changed out. Hugo Plumbing was reasonable in today's times compared to many larger chains. The crew was on time and very professional. I decided to use their toilets for quality and warranty. IThey immediately separated to divide and conquer. They were quick but very thorough. The last installer checked 3 times before he left to make sure everything was just right.
They are also family owned. I'll be using them for future plumbing needs.
