If I could give them 10 stars I would. We bought a house in an older part of town with the original sewage pipes from when the house was first built. To be succinct, our sewage issue became emergent overnight, preventing us from being able to do anything that required draining (shower, toilet, washing clothes, etc.), and we did not have time to waste. After snaking and sending a camera through, the first reputable company we called was completely unable to help. That's when we called Memphis Sewer and Water, LLC. Bo answered promptly and had Greg came out to our home that afternoon. Greg and another individual spent a few hours working diligently to figure out what was wrong, as this was not a cut and dry situation. Ryan came out to confirm what needed to be done, and they fit us in as soon as they could to completely replace the entire line. Greg and Bo had the line completely replaced and dirt covered and compacted in a day. Greg and Bo were some of the most professional and kind individuals that we have worked with, and they had the best attitude, especially for what they had been dealing with all day. On top of all of this, they both kept our home as clean as possible during the fix and answered my many questions. I can't recommend this company enough!

Got our drain fixed quick!

Anthony took the time to meticulously check my basement's amenities to make sure they complied with all the inn regulations. He discussed the prices and his intentions in great detail. He provided exceptional client help. He made design suggestions that improved the use of the area. Outstanding customer service and attention to each individual order were provided. If I had the money, I would start the project immediately now, and in that case, I would feel extremely comfortable.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I needed a toilet installed. I purchased the toilet myself. I called Tim Ferguson because of their rating on line. He quoted me $580.00. It came to a total of $614.00! He was there less than two hours. They even charged me the one time trip fee. And on top of it all he tried to get me to buy a membership for my next discounted visit. Seriously? We discussed putting in a new shower. Not at those prices. Can't afford it.
