Best Heating System Maintenance in Memphis TN

I called this morning at 8:22. The nice lady on the phone took all my info and had a tech call me right away. John called me at 8:28, quoted me a price based on the issues I told him I was having, and made his way to my home within 30mins. He was quick, professional, and friendly. He got the job done!

Wow!! My experience with Gibber Services was really great. They came highly recommended, so I was expecting good service, but until I actually experienced it, I didn't understand what people were talking about. Ruvi really understood our needs and was able to help us quickly, professionally, and all for a decent price.

Billy and Matt found and fixed a small gas leak in my furnace. They did an outstanding job. 😀😀😀

Dalton arrived on time and was very courteous and thorough regarding our plumbing concerns. It was nice to not feel like a priority customer even though we are one of many. He did not rush, but instead took the time and attention to explaining what needed to be fixed. It was our first time using Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating and Air, but it will certainly not be our last! Overall, we were very happy with the level of service and quality of workmanship for the process we paid.

A/C Service this time had a home warranty service they gave the number to call they told me it would be 4 days before they could get out so I waited and waited and left messages and never received any return calls so I got tired of waiting and i called the Home Warranty and ask if i could get someone else to do the work on the A/C because i had been without
A/C since April 23,2022 the Warranty service hear it was Friday April 13, 22 . they said Okay cancel so that when i called Tim Ferguson thanks to them Roger check out the unit.

I have called these guys 3 times after I received a verbal recommendation from a friend. All issues were separate issues on different heating / air units. All were resolved in a timely manner and they were able to come out the same day every time. I highly recommend these guys.

Called and never got an answer. Asked for return call and nothing. Says open 24 hours yet you can’t get anyone to pick up a phone. First impressions are lasting impressions.

Responsive and honest!

Installed HVAC 10 years ago, called Aug 19th to renew service/maintenance contract and no response in 3 weeks. Totally unhelpful in selecting a new thermostat, only wanted to bash and say folks have issues. I was trying to get them to recommend a thermostat that I would buy from them. Will never give them another dollar of business.

My shower handle broke and John came out to take a look at it. He explained to me in words that I could understand what broke and what it’s gonna take to fix it. Highly recommend. Great service.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
