He diagnosed the problem quickly and pointed out the simple solution was just to replace the hardware which we were planning to do anyways. After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
