Had these folks come out and check my A/C after it quit blowing cold air. The so called “technician” said my compressor was bad and I need a new unit. Then the con artist salesman showed up and tried to sell me a $8500 unit. So I googled my unit and it’s only $1080 brand new for everything. Then I got our a/c guy from work to come out and take a look and all the problem was a bad capacitor. 10 min later and $14 later I was back up and running!! BEWARE of these CROOKS!!!!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. The plumber Mr tim was very patience and no matter what I wanted to discuss he listened and he took his time to make sure my toilet was working before he left and discussed you all services n policy if anything happened between my 90 days

I contacted the company for a diagnosis. The technician was very professional and thorough with letting us know what the problem was. He even noticed other things that we needed to get checked out that we were unaware of, but it had to be addressed by a plumber. He took his time to explain and show what was going on. Wes was very knowledgeable, and I would most definitely recommend this company to someone based upon his professionalism, how notifications were provided, and his ability to provide details with the capability to explain in lamens terms. I also loved that they are available around the clock. This was good to know for future reference for me. I have added them to my contacts. I will be giving them a call back to get the work done.

These guys are my go to for not only my traditional heating and ac units, but also for my very very very ancient midtown boiler. They are super fast to respond, reasonably priced, but most importantly every tech they ve sent has been polite and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on. I am so happy to have found Baker!

We had a new commode installed.We thought the price was high but the installation went very well. Jeff Owens was excellent, very professional and respected our home by using booties and cleaned up after himself better than any I've ever seen. Besides the installation, he was just so nice and kind. That means a lot.

This is a first class company. I have used them for many years. They do great work and are very clean.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
