I recently had my 17 year old dryer repaired. The tech arrive and determined the problem. All was needed was the inside door lever that powers the dryer, when the door closes. My ten year old said, he was in and out in less than 15 minutes. We immediately used the dryer and there has been no issues.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. These guys are my go to for not only my traditional heating and ac units, but also for my very very very ancient midtown boiler. They are super fast to respond, reasonably priced, but most importantly every tech they ve sent has been polite and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on. I've had to meet 3 different technicians from this company and they have all been great, but I want to brag on Mr. John McElroy and Mr. Quin (not sure if I'm spelling it right). These two men were professional, respectful, and thorough. Everything they did they explained without hesitation. They were punctual and made sure everything was working fine before they left. Great customer service!

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
