Best Gas Line Plumbing in Memphis TN

My husband and I called in regards to a leaking faucet and thankfully, the company was able to send someone pretty quickly. Will and Dakota were the technicians that were able to help us out and they were both so wonderful. Will let me know what they would do up front and was clear on the costs of the repair from the beginning. They were super efficient with the repair and informed me of the warranty associated with their work. Everything considered, we are completely satisfied with their work and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to a friend.

This place is terrible. Call somewhere else first. I had someone come out for a minor issue, issue didn’t get fixed and still had to pay $175. The so called manager said she would send someone else out and of course they never came. When I called back, the manager was gone and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Lying to customers and making them pay for services not rendered. Go somewhere else.

I called on Tim Ferguson Electric, after 5p one day when we had some exposed, live wires in some old landscaping lights located in our front flower bed, which sparked a fire. The lady who answered the phone, I think her name was Amy, was very, very nice and prompt! A technician was on site in less than 30 minutes, capped off the current and the cost totally took me by surprize! MUCH less than I thought it was going to be!! I rate Tim Ferguson a solid 100 A+!
