Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Since only one of my two water heaters had burst, the piping was temporarily bypassed around the bad unit to restore service until the new equipment could be installed the next day. Called Roto-Rooter for a sink not draining. After a scheduled appointment for Wednesday, they called me back Monday due to cancellation and could have me fixed up right away. Pressley (the service tech) did a great job in taking care of the problem and also explaining some things to help mitigate the issue in the future. We were so pleased with the service that we had Pressley write us up an estimate to flush the main lines in our home built in 1922. We will be using this team again and recommend their business.

I can't begin to describe how thankful I am that I used Tankersley Plumbing for a recent problem I had at my home. I called them on July 4th thinking that if they were even open, they would charge an enormous service fee for working on a holiday. Much to my surprise, there was no fee for coming out to give me an estimate----not even on a holiday.

They came in a timely fashion (when they said they would), they gave me a free estimate (true to their word), provided an extremely reasonable quote (once again even on a holiday), and most importantly fixed the problem (efficiently and effectively).

I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with their performance, their professionalism, and their work ethic.

Did a good job

Were quick to respond to call but showed no motivation to work. Showed up as if upset they had to work that day, shrugged shoulders, and quick to leave once they go their check. When called back because of concerns we had about the job they had done, the serviceman just showed and shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what the the heck do you want”. The only people who seem to at least take their job seriously are the operators who answered the phone in the beginning.
