The service provided by the technician was awesome today. I have been using Service Experts for over 5 years and have always had great experiences with them. The tech Courtavious today went over and beyond and I really appreciate that. Very courteous and polite. Tom came to do a check and he was also great. Our a/c quit working downstairs. I called Roger L. in the Memphis office yesterday afternoon. My husband tested positive for Covid, so I didn’t want to risk exposing anyone. Roger walked me through things to try to attempt to reset the unit. Nothing worked....the outside fan would not run. Roger arrived at 6am this morning. Our inside unit is in the basement storeroom and we have a door to outside, so we were able to have a contactless visit. Roger quickly diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part, installed it and downstairs is now cool......my husband is quarantined downstairs. Thank you so much, Roger

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
