Excellent customer service. My cold water line in the kitchen was leaking, and I made it worse by messing with it and trying to tighten it incorrectly. Couldn’t stop the leak so turned off the mains and called Tim Ferguson after hours. The operator got me on the line with a technician, and he was able to diagnose the problem immediately over the phone. Saved me a ton of stress and money. Will definitely be calling them in the future for plumbing service.

This company is wonderful. I used another plumbing company and the VIP membership for an inspection the technician gave me an estimate of over $4500.00 in repairs ( heart attack) But I got Best Care to come out and give me a second check. I was shocked!!!!They replaced my hot water tank with a better model and replace drain tray for over $1000.00 less. The second item they told did not even need to be done saving me $1500.00. The other two cut off valves that need to be replaced only charged my $130 for both instead of $ 500.00 that the other company wanted to charge me. They have a new loyal customer and I am telling everyone about they.
