Terry Gaines, provided fantastic customer service. Working out of town I was concerned with being able to stay in touch. He however provided awesome availability and kept me up to date on progress and setbacks. I highly recommend.

Candu was such an easy solution for our recent dryer issue. The flat rate included all parts and labor. The technician who did the repairs was professional and prompt. And our dryer works like new! We’ll definitely come back to Candu for any other appliance repairs.

First time customer signed up for annual service. Shawn tried his best to find anything that seemed off with heaters recommend a course of action if it got worse. He did not pressure me to make a drastic repair. Due to COVID19 the company asks employees to wear masks or shoe covers if requested, he wore a mask, he didn't complain, he did his job and even showed concern about uneven heating in the home offering suggestions. I'm reserving the fifth star for the end of the annual service. But Shawn was a 5 star employee.

My ac went out on a Friday night and i called Tim Ferguson on a Saturday. Not only was Roger Lemons here in less than 2 hours. He was very nice, informative, timely, and professional. I would recommend the company and Roger to anyone. The price was very reasonable for a weekend call out!

Short story: Conway services stood me up during a heatwave in Memphis, TN. Not cool, literally!Full story: My A/C went out during the night. I called first thing that following morning. The lady on the phone let me know that they would put me on the schedule and I would receive a text message soon. Within 5-10 minutes I received a text message that stated my technician would arrive between 9am-1pm. The text message included a number to call with any issues. Around noon I was absolutely dying waiting in my house during a horrible heatwave with no A/C so I called the number. They assured me that a technician had been assigned to me and would text me soon with their ETA. Well 1pm came and went so I called back again. This time they said there was a mistake, they don't do service calls with a time frame of 9am-1pm... I'm not really sure how a mistake like that could happen but whatever.. She told me that Ricky had one more job and then he would have lunch and then he could come help me... Well after waiting two more hours and no Ricky I had to call another company. I called Conway and canceled. Then that evening (after the other company had already fixed the problem) Conway called me again to say they were sorry but they would have to reschedule me for tomorrow. So essentially they never would have showed and their communication is so bad my call to cancel hadn't been relayed to the technician.... SMH...

Andy was one-time and quickly diagnosed our issue. It was fantastic that he had the part on-hand and was able to get us cool in no time flat!

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
