Let me tell you about Gibber services.
They were out at our house yesterday, installing a state of the art Tankless hot water heater. The original unit started leaking real bad. (Thank G-d we had a drip pan)
Not only were they the best price in all the land. They had amazing customer service. Guys were super professional. Kept our house clean and kept the work area clean throughout.
We had other companies that were dealers for this tankless come out to see if they could fix the problem and all they wanted to do was install a new unit. Didn't even bothering taking off the cover to the unit.
Gibber services came down. Diagnosis the problem, told us he will attempt to replace just that part and if it doesn't work we would need to replace the unit. Actually spent time checking out the problem before writing up a three option quote.

We wouldn't use any other company, Gibber services has got our loyalty for all plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

Billy Hamilton and Terry Gaines provided great customer service. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the services provided. I really appreciate that they explained and updated me on each step of the visit.

First, service company didn't show up within scheduled time block...came HOURS later. Have, also, called multiple times. Refrigerator still not repaired after service visit last week. Was told someone would call me multiple times but no one has called to resolve. They got their payment, though.

Update: Since initial visit in August (it is now Oct. 30th), 2 different companies, over 10 visits, refrigerator still not repaired. Past ANNOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were in a real bind as our HVAC thermostat had crashed. It was 92 degrees in the summer. Thermostats are not hard to replace, but we didn't know if there was other issues lingering causing it to malfunction.

The amazing thing is that we called several companies and nobody really seemed that interested to help. It was mind boggling. Several companies didn't even answer the phone.

We called Mitch Wright and not only were they prompt, the customer service support was stellar. They were super responsive and communicated with us through several phone calls.

They are professionals. And it shows on every level. Very thankful for being treated the way I would treat someone in need. Definitely made us a customer for life.

They installed a furnace and AC. We also use them for plumbing & electrical work, along with maintenance of our HVAC systems.

Just called Neighborhood Plumbing and tried to make an appt to replace my water line from the meter to the house. When I told them I was digging my own ditch they told me they had machines and people to did and if was doing that part myself I should call someone else!

Chris Lee from Crowe Heating and Air was very professional, he took extra time to explain the details of his visit, he was very informative and he showed up early. What more could you ask for?

I recently starting using H & S Plumbing. They installed a new hot water heater, fixed my bathroom sink which was leaking from the back, and drained my kitchen water line. The prices were very reasonable and they were very professional, punctual, and courteous. I've had plenty of time to test the work and I have absolutely zero complains. Yes, I highly recommend this company.

Our technician was great! He pointed out an issue that is developing, but not necessary to address more at this time. He also discussed the price differences with our current warranty vs no warranty and how long it remains in place.I appreciate how he discussed all our options but didn't pressure us to push for the repair at this time.

Used Best Care for a plumbing job recently, 2 toilets installed and leaks repaired in a shower stall and tub. Fairly good craftsmanship but very overpriced. Slow performance. Came to the job unprepared and had to track down parts, then took long breaks. The work team twice disappeared for more than an hour and a half. Took a day and a half to do what could’ve been done in half the time. Found several fairly obvious problems on walkthrough after I was told that the job was finished. Shoddy cleanup and drywall left unrepaired. I was given the number of an affiliate to have the drywall taken care of and I have yet to get an appointment. I would not use Best Care again under any circumstances.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
