Best A/C System Vent Cleaning in Memphis TN

After 4 techs who failed to stop the water leak in my AC system,
I called Gibber Services.
They came to me the next day after I called them.
Ruvi was able to find the issue causing the leaking and after an approx 1 hour working on the system, my AC was back online with no water leaking. I was very happy. Good Job:)

I have called these guys 3 times after I received a verbal recommendation from a friend. All issues were separate issues on different heating / air units. All were resolved in a timely manner and they were able to come out the same day every time. I highly recommend these guys.

My experience with Hiller was wonderful! The electrician was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He diagnosed my electrical problem in 5 minutes and resolved it with a quick phone call to the power company. I highly recommend this company.

Leroy, Corey, guy in training-i forget his name and Terrance and David alone with the fine Supervisor with goatee that came out to check things while my system was being installed. I would use them again if I had to and will most definitely recommend them.One downfall, find another bank besides GoodLeap because when dealing with Marko can't think of last name with this bank he is not professional the reviews about loans are not good. Marko is only interested in have far in debt he can take a family to make his commission. Marko thought he had me because when I thank you for discussing a home loan with me he did not respond thank you with gratitude.

My home warranty company sent them to inspect frequent stoppage in my master bathroom, which was part of a new addition a few years back. At the time, the plumber told me that there was a belly in the main pipe which was likely due to improper installation. I was in relief because my warranty would cover such a claim. A few weeks go by and I hear nothing from the warranty company or the plumber. Come to find out it was denied because they said he wrote it was normal wear and tear. So, I called Best Care and was told it would be about $500 to repair it. After I explained what I was told by the plumber, I was told the ticket would be updated and resubmitted. About 6 weeks go by (it's the holidays now so time flew by), and I called back. I was told that someone would call me back. I called again in January, again nothing. By now, I have just basically given up!! I called one more time recently. This time I was told it would be investigated further and I would get a call back later that day or the next day. Again nothing! So I called a few days later, and this time I was told the manager and plumber reviewed it and said was normal wear and tear. I asked for the manager to call me to explain how he knows it's normal wear and tear compared to improper installation. He did NOT call me himself, but had someone else call and basically blow me off. Of course, they still would come out and do the work! Why in the world would I let you repair something that you can't call and explain how's it's broken to begin with?! I can only imagine if I had a problem with the work how long it would take for someone to call me back.Best Care may do great work. I have no idea! The plumber was very nice and professional. However, their poor communication just prevents me from recommending them to anyone.

Water heater went out and Shane & Justin were there to replace it Lickety Split!! Great Service!! Have used NEP for all our plumbing needs for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied. Thanks again!

I am editing this post now that their plumbing work had to be repaired by a second company. The leak got worse after the plumber from Rescue Your Air and Drain left. When I called them back out, they claimed not to be able to find the leak, and they gave me a $6000 quote ($4500 if they didn't patch up the concrete they were going to dig up) to try again to solve the leak. I had three other companies come give me a $2500 estimate and agree to do the work without busting concrete. They had to repair what the Rescue Your Air & Drain did. They may be fair in other areas, but I would never use them again for plumbing even though they were originally sent by the insurance company to see if the leak was in the house, and they claimed that this work was part of what they did. Every person I talked to gave different information from that point forward. Below is my original review:

The person who came to give the quote and assess the plumbing issue seems very sincere and nice, however, everyone else has been very unprofessional. When I first spoke to the company and told them that someone from our city had already verified that we had a broken pipe out front, they told me they would send someone with the equipment to locate the leak and have a same-day repair. When they found the leak, they then said repair would be days later because those are two separate appointments to locate and to repair. The employee said I should never have been told that he would do both in one day. Then when they did do the repair, they didn't come back in the house and turn back on the toilets and hot water heaters they turned off. I had to that myself. The day was already hectic with my work schedule, so I agreed to pay then the quoted amount, being assured I would get a receipt for my records. I have called three times for the receipt. When I called just now again, we are not even in the system. I had to describe the work done so they could create an invoice and a receipt. I already thought the price was high, but now I know why. It feels very dishonest.I still don't have a receipt for the work other than their random texts.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
