Peter was awesome. Took his time and made sure everyting was dialed in. Explained everything and took a lot of pictures. Not a fan of paying for 3 pounds of refriderant when i only needed 1 but that wasent his fault. Hint hint Tom. Haha thanks for always being there for me.

Mark was on time and worked quickly to diagnose the issue with my garage. He was able to replace the motor for what I feel is a reasonable price and did it same day. He was very nice and professional.

Anthony was prompt and friendly. He knew his business and was diligent to get the job completed in a timely manner. Replacing a masserator is messy business and when he finished there was not a hint that he had been there. He thoroughly cleaned every sign of a very messy project. He will definitely be my plumber of choice in the future. He comes highly recommended by me!!!

As a business owner myself, I hate to write a bad review. However, I’m hoping it can save someone else the hassle we are going through. We built a home and our builder used Griffin plumbing. Since then their customer service has been AWFUL, taking 3 weeks for them to return calls to repair work they did incorrectly. After finally getting in touch with Laura she denied the work was incorrect (even after seeing pictures of the flange being over and inch below the tile) and refused to send anyone out. I suppose a toilet is supposed to leak from the bottom every 6 months???
My advice...find someone else.

One of the technicians used my restroom, left his deodorant on my sink, used my towel and clogged my sink with grey sludge. He never asked to use my bathroom. I have no idea what else he might have used in there. Totally unprofessional and creepy.

I tried to snake My moms tub. Fail. Venhoff ran big motor driven snake through the basement access for about an hour pulling out all kinds of gunk. Reasonable price. Very efficient and good customer service. We Have used Venhoff on numerous times. I Recommend them to others.

Technically I did not use this company because they never showed up. They were supposed to come on a Thursday between 9-12, I called and 2 hours later someone finally returned my call saying they would be out first thing the next morning. Next day comes, no one shows up so I call again, which is almost pointless because it goes straight to voicemail, left a message and when they finally returned my call I was exploring other options. I called my warranty company to send someone else out. While I was on hold with the warranty company, I checked the reviews online and am now happy I cancelled. The responses to negative reviews by this company are pretty childish and unprofessional. I look forward to mine. Apparently you have to give at least one star to leave a review so that's the only reason they are getting one

This is the second time I've called on Maeser for help and I now have them at the top of my list for future service and remodeling needs. Responsive, pleasant, flexible, excellent communication company wide, on time, neat, respectful of my home and reasonably priced. John Druin clearly communicates options, potential downsides of each option and pricing before beginning work. On both visits he was able to solve the problems with the least disruption and cost. What more could I ask?

Excellent Plumber

Dauenhauer has a web-based appointment service however they do not honor any appointments made that way. So about 24 hours before my appointment which I scheduled last week using the web, I was called to say no one was coming but could probably come 3 days later. I let them how unhappy I was about this but they were indifferent at best and let me know the website didn’t really matter -despite text confirmation of my appointment time. So I would consider them dishonorable in terms of their commitments. Thankfully the repair is a minor and I don’t have to trust them with something significant

Sean was very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to come within a few hours of when I called. He did a quick but very thorough job. I will definitely call him when I need any plumbing work done. Thank you so much
