We were either asking the wrong questions or the salesperson wasn't interested in helping us, so we had to drive to the location in Indiana in order to get the help we needed to understand what should be purchased for our remodel.

They pretty much can fill any order in a timely manner. Parking is a bit of a pain, but no one says anything if you park in the back lot and enter thru the warehouse doors.

Terrible terrible service. One lady sat there the entire time while we walked around, didn't offer to help until she saw us leaving. We were prepared to buy a vanity that day. Rude.

I was in from out of town the past two days to help a relative with health issues finish a bathroom up. He had purchased a faucet a few months ago that was incompatible with the vanity we were installing (not the fault of Plumbers Supply), but Alicia, his salesperson, took care of things for me this morning and got us the right faucet from their stock without any hassle. Their bathroom is now functional again and I can’t tell you have much I appreciate her prompt attention this morning. Thanks Alicia!

Web site says they are open at 7am. I make my way down there before work and it’s open. But no one is there to help me. “Show room folks don’t really open until 8” is what I was told. No one there could help me. What a joke of a business if this is how they act.

Plumbers Supply helped me with a home repair job. It was a very small job but the hot water stem I needed to replace had no identifiers at all. No brand name, serial #, cat #, nothing anywhere on the entire tap or shower head. They got me the right part on the 1st try.

Compared to other places I have to deal with, this is one of the few places left that has knowledgeable people and still understands service.

Master plumber here. This is the worse supply house in town. They are over priced, inefficient, and lazy. Avoid getting your materials here

I love plumber supply they always have what you need if they don't they always find a way to get it quickly and I am never disappointed with their pricing great people to work with in any project any size project

Lools like good selection of product. Got there a little late and did not get to fully look. Web site said closes at 5, lady in showroom told us 4.

I had an issue with a $560 refund on a returned pump. It was seven weeks in the process. I called and spoke with Shawn and told him my issue and felt like it was taking too long. He patiently listened and promised to refund my money within two business days. Shawn kept his word, and I really appreciate people you can trust. It's hard to find businesses who will just do right by their customers. He made a customer for life by it.

My biggest issue with this place is , parking sucks, and the time it takes for you to get your parts you need.

Employees have to go back in a huge Warehouse to get your parts. The plus side of this is, it is a huge Warehouse! They literally have everything under the sun there. If they don't have it they can make it.

The staff is extremely helpful and it seems they go out of their way to really help you out. This might not be the go-to place if you're in a huge hurry. If you have a few extra minutes to spare and you don't mind walking a block to the store I would recommend going here.

The team at Plumbers Supply is wonderful. Leigh Rae is absolutely incredible to work with! She really takes the time to listen and find the best fit for your needs. She is also very knowledgeable on all the products. I won't go anywhere else for my kitchen and bathroom needs! They are the best!

I have visit plumbing supplies many of times hard to find plumbing needs then in the showroom have very fine unique unusual beautiful Plumbing faucets tubs in shower units that are absolutely gorgeous you have to visit the show room to see it yourself you won't be disappointed

Pricy, but if you have to have it, they probably have it.
